Rain's pov
Hi! I'm Rain Kirigun, I'm a sophomore in college, and I am an architect student.
I have a best friend named Sky, we've been friends since the 5th grade. Right now I am rushing downstairs because I woke up late on my first day back.
Type: Stop running in the house Rain, you'll hurt yourself
Tharn: Let him, it's the only way he'll learn... Anyway, I'm going to work now!
Rain: Bye dad
Type: Yeah bye.
No one's POV
Tharn left after pinching Type's ear and Type punched him in the back while he left out laughing. Type gave Rain an apple since he was already late and sent him off to school. When Rain got there, everyone was going inside as the bell rang indicating not to be outside. Rain started running towards the entrance but bumped into someone, he fell and landed on his bottom.
Rain: Ow! My butt.
??? : Oh I'm so sorry, I didn't see you, here let me help you up.
The unknown boy helped Rain up as Rain dusted himself off.
???: Hi, my name is Team, my friends and I are new here although I don't know where they are-
Suddenly two people came running and collided with Team causing them to fall. After they dusted themselves off, they introduced themselves.
???: Hello, I'm Manow
???: I'm Pharm, nice to meet you
Rain: Hey guys I'm Rain, I can show you around, and I know where everything is, oh by the way, stay away from the juniors and seniors, they're very mean
Manow: Uhh Oki
The bell rang indicating classes start in 1 minute. They showed Rain their schedules and saw they all had classes in the same hallway. Rain pointed out the classes and everyone went their separate ways.
Time Skip
The four students were talking while walking to the gym which was on the other side of the school.
Manow: What took so long?
Rain: The teacher asked why Sky is absent today.
Team: Who is Sky?
Rain: My best friend, what are you guys majoring in by the way?
Team: Swimming!
Manow: Acting!
Pharm: Cooking!... What's your major?
Rain: Architect... Well me and Sky are both architect students.
Manow: When can we meet Sky?
Rain: He's sick... He informed me during class... I'm bringing him soup after class if you guys wanna tag along
The three agreed as they reached the gym. They saw how many other students were there and widened their eyes in shock. The gym was so big, it could fit the whole school and still have a ridiculous amount of space left.
Rain: Yeah.. I forgot to mention gym usually has four classes for each grade... Meaning we are in here with four classes of freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors.
Manow: Oh god... I hope we survive this!
One Hour later
Pharm, Team, Manow, and Rain were sitting in the corner of the gym chatting. The whole gym was filled with laughter, different voices talking about something, the sound of basketballs hitting the floor, and even some small groups were in different parts of the gym just like those four were doing.
Suddenly a flying ball came straight toward Team but Rain reacted quickly and hit it the other way. He glared at the person but quickly looked away seeing it was a Junior. He looked at the others whispering not to look at him. They were confused but pretended to mind their own business.
???: tsk... Typical! {The Junior took the ball and went back to where he was and continued playing.}
Rain: My heart is literally pounding 80 mph... I don't know what he would've done if we said anything.
Team: Why'd you tell us to look away?
Rain: That Junior is P'Phayu, he's cold and hates staring! That short brown-haired guy is P'Pai, he's very flirty and a playboy, he'll get to know you, make you trust him then turn on you like you're a pile of rocks. That long-haired blond guy, that's Win, president of the swimming major, he's also cold and strict, he'll make your life a living hell-
???: You talking about us Rain? *Slightly smirks*
Rain slowly turned his head with a nervous smile, he saw the three devils looking at him with a smudged look.
Rain: Hii P'Pai, we were just talking about you... I was telling them why you are such good Juniors-
Pai: Hey cuties, I'm Pai....this is Win and Phayu, we are your Juniors and I'm sure we'll have so much fun together..... Anyways... Rain! Where is Sky?
Rain: Oh uhh... He's visiting his family aboard... He'll be back tomorrow.
Manow: But you said he was si- {Team quickly smacked her head and told her to be quiet}
Win: What was that? {Win raised his eyebrows}
Manow: Nothing.. Rain told us he was um... seeing his grandma but I remember him saying his family is all visiting his grandma!
Bell rings
Win and Phayu suspiciously looked at the four while Pai pretended to believe their lies. The three Juniors ignored them and walked away heading to the canteen next! Manow looked apologetic as Team, Rain, and Pharm looked at her. She said sorry and they just brushed it off and they all went to the canteen.
The rest of the day was surprisingly fast,it felt like the morning just started but it's already time to head home. The four friends met outside the gates and then made their way to Sky's dorm.
