So from what I have heard on Twitter is that McDonald's recently introduced us a new drink and apparently it's called the "Grimace Shake", which I didn't know what it was until I saw an article about it on Google and it's part of a celebration of Grimace's birthday. And from what I have seen on memes is that if you drink it, something bad happens.
