It's a few hours later and the Covey's plus Peter, his mom, Owen, and Yuri of course had all went to the Covey's house to have dinner. After a long and laughed filled dinner, Peter and his family went home.
Now the girls were all in Margot's room having some "girl talk." Kitty's dad and Trixie were already in bed sleeping. While Yuri had stepped out for a few minutes to use the bathroom and to double check her flight that was hours away. Yuri knew she wouldn't catch much sleep tonight but if it meant spending more time with Kitty, she didn't mind. If I don't sleep tonight I can just sleep on the plane. I probably won't see Kitty for another 1-2 weeks so I should make use of our time now. Yuri's thoughts drifted as she thought about Kitty.
After that Yuri quickly finished up what she was doing and headed back to Margot's room. But just when she was just outside the slightly ajar door she overheard something...
"Kitty, don't you see Owen looks kinda cute now?"
"Oh yeah I saw your faces really close earlier, in the middle of the rink," a voice that sounded a lot like Lara Jean added.
"I mean I guess he does b—" Kitty was suddenly Interrupted as Yuri made an entrance.
Yuri internally smirked at look on Kitty's face and decided to tease her even more. "Yeah he really does look cute. Did you see how nice his smile is? You should really go for it."
Yuri had started to sit down on the bed next to them with the plan of teasing Kitty even more. But she got a sudden phone call and had to excuse herself once again. She smiled apologetically before walking out to answer whoever was calling her.
Kitty was left with a surprised face and her mouth a bit open after what Yuri said. She was expecting the older girl to join in on the teasing. The voices of LJ and Margot agreeing with her, flew through her head.
"Guys we need to talk. I don't like Owen at all. He's cute but he's uh...not really my type," Kitty hesitated her next words. She's already come out to her dad, but doing it in person was a lot more difficult apparently.
"Then who do you like Kitty? You can tell us anything, I promise," Margot comforted Kitty by caressing her back as Kitty got her thoughts together.
"Yuri,"
"What about her?" Lara Jean asked. She had a faint idea of what Kitty was getting at but she wanted to hear her say it.
"I...," Kitty took a huge breath before continuing, "I like—no I love—Han Yuri." She closed her eyes, frightened of her sisters reactions.
"Finally," she heard Margot say as Lara Jean clapped her hands. "How long were you planning on keeping it from us?"
"You two know? Did dad tell you?" Kitty immediately asked because she couldn't believe her sisters knew and didn't say anything about it.
"No, we figured something was going on with the way you looked at her. We wanted to wait until you told us," Lara Jean exclaimed with a smile before teasing her sister once again, "Plus I saw you run after her after Owen kissed you."
Margot was the first to notice the tears in Kitty's eyes so she hugged her sister and LJ joined in. "How did you think you couldn't tell us? We love you no matter what Kitty."
Kitty wiped her tears away a bit before explaining, "I know I can tell you guys anything, you're my sisters. But it's just...hard I guess."
"Are you dating now?" LJ's voiced sounded through their hug.
"Yeah she she's my girlfriend," Kitty smiled proudly.
They pulled away and each of them had their own smile of their faces. It was a sweet, happy moment and Kitty couldn't have wished for anything else.
