Part 1: Girl What?!

Slowly blinking her eyes, Lian woke up to sharp pain from her backside. She rolled her eyes, and she shuffled a little closer to Yulan, who was asleep right next to her. Her body was bare, and something didn't seem right. After feeling around her body for a few moments, Lian concluded that she was still in her male form. Her— ah, no, his— head bumped against Yulan's broad chest, and he tried several attempts to change back into his normal form. To his annoyance, none worked.

Lian groaned as he shifted his body, the pain ever so intense. Yulan stirred beside him, and he yawned. He blinked open his eyes and stared lovingly down at Lian.

"Eh? We haven't changed back to our normal forms?" Yulan mumbled.

"It's no use. I tried many times, but it didn't work," Lian said with a bitter expression. Yulan thought for a moment, then pressed his lips into a flat line. He smirked as intrusive thoughts invaded his mind.

"Hey, you were quite good in bed last night," Yulan said with a sinister smile. Lian stared at him for a moment, then smacked his chest.

"Shut up, will you?! We do not need to mention..." Lian said, his face reddening. Yulan cocked his head to the side.

"No need? It was our wedding night," Yulan grinned. Lian huffed and rolled his eyes. Yulan patted Lian's shoulder and placed a small kiss on his lips.

"I'll get dressed, and I'll help you. We'll figure out a way to change back to our normal forms soon enough," Yulan said as he perched on the side of the bed. Lian nodded and hugged the bedsheets close. Lian stared into space as his mind wandered off, thinking about too many things at once.

Last night was his wedding night.

Lian and Yulan's wedding night.

Ho oh-

Nearly slapping himself at the intrusive thought, Lian nearly fainted from the annoyance of knowing that the single intrusive thought was influenced by Pei Ming. He rolled his eyes once and attempted to sit up on the bed, but fell back the moment he tried.

"Aiishhh," Lian hissed, throwing his head back in slight frustration. Sex had its consequences.

"Eh? My love, are you alright?" Yulan asked, shuffling over. His upper inner robe was still wide open, revealing his chest. He sat on the edge of the bed and helped Lian up.

"You think I would be alright? You... ah, never mind," Lian muttered. Yulan hummed and held Lian, lowering his eyelashes. They were finally married. That was the best thing that had happened to him in his entire life.

It was enough.

~~~~~~~
Once they had finished dressing, Yulan and Lian decided to visit their parents. All four of their parents were probably hanging out in the Heavenly Court, and the newlyweds didn't have much to do. They soared towards the Heavenly Court on a draft of wind, surviving in their male forms for now. Since their natural form wasn't male, it took a little bit of time to get used to it. It didn't hurt much when Lian accidentally bumped his chest on the edge of a table, and it took a little bit of time to figure out how to walk properly. Lian ignored the pain in his backside. He better things to worry about.
The couple leaped off of the draft of wind once they reached the gate of Feng Xin's temple, and Lian's hand hesitated for a moment before pushing the gates open. They made their way into the courtyard, and then through the large doors of the temple. Lian poked his head in and looked around.
"Baba? A-Die? We're home," Lian called out. His deep voice rang out through the place, echoing across the halls. He heard shrieking and shuffling, and he gave Yulan a strange look. Lian walked through the halls, and then came upon his father's room. He heard distressed cries and shrill screams. They were quite... high-pitched.
