Y/N Pov:
The large flashy building in front of me was my new school. I hated the idea that I had to move high school three times just because of my parents. But hopefully, this was the final one. I opened the door to the building. It was surprisingly packed to be such a low graded school. There were bright red lockers and a lot of them. "God, how I'm I going to find my locker? I asked myself as I looked down at the paper my mother gave me. Locker 34. I quickly got to looking for my brightly red locker, which matched the rest of them. A few minutes went by, and "Aha!' I finally found my locker. Unfortunately, it was by Beca, a super popular girl in the high school. I met her last week at the meetings, and let's say it did not go as well as I planned.

The school day went by with a blink of an eye, and I really meant it this time. Once the bell rang, I quickly scrambled out of the building. Unfortunately my parents didn't pick me up so I had to walk home..All alone..In the pouring rain. I quickly checked my phone for any missed texts.

I actually have some stuff to do maybe later.

It wasn't a long conversation, but it was fun while it lasted. A few moments later, I could see my house in the distance. The ruby red door and the golden doorknob. I could only imagine it until it became reality. I stepped up onto the carpeted stairs.

I flopped onto my bed. I was exhausted from school and I couldn't find anything else to do. I wrapped my shivering body with a soft blanket.
My eyes fluttered once I rested my head on my pillow. A few minutes went by... I decided to put my phone back down on the nightstand. I flopped back down on my bed, and I decided to shut my eyes. I almost fell into a deep slumber instantly from my lack of slumber.
