This is my first book, and it's the 5th version of the manuscript. I'm still learning the art of writing. This book was previously published under the name 'Fires of Detiny.' It's undergone extensive revisions and rewrites and now has a new title, a tighter more well-paced plot line, and better character arcs.
I've done my best to publish chapters that are free of typos, spelling and grammatical errors, plot holes, inconsistencies, etc. But, I'm neither perfect nor a professional.
I use AI-powered websites to help me with the editing process. But here is the thing— AI is a tool like a pencil or pen, but it cannot write the story for me. It does not replace my imagination. It corrects my grammar and punctuation, but it doesn't write the words for me.
Because no matter how clear and detailed a prompt I feed into it, AI will never know my characters the way I do. It will never see them the way I see them inside my head. It will never know what their voices sound like, or how they laugh. It will never know what makes them cry or sigh the way I do.
