You are 21 and living with your brother, Casey Jones, you had a simple job though. And that job involved working with your brother's "friend". They had to be much more than friends but they'd never admit it. You worked with the one and only, April O'Neil, you worked as her secondhand man in a sense. You found a story, dug through it, she went out to ask the questions and interviews. You may be wondering how you were 21 and working directly with her without going to school...Or maybe not considering your brother is a detective and his totally not hot crush was one of the best at her work.

Today was just an ordinary day, your brother woke you up, you made breakfast, ate, then he dropped you off at your work while he went to his work. You got April coffee knowing she never has a lot of energy in the morning while you made yourself hot cocoa. Blah, blah, blah, work was boring and tiring but made it through. April offered to walk you home because Casey said he would be home late because of some case, but you told her you could walk, unlike her, you weren't in heels today so why not take the opportunity?

You had only a couple more blocks before you could be home and curl up into a burrito. You decided to go into a grocery store to get more supplies for dinner and such. You finished up and paid and walked out, after a while you felt like you were being watched but paid no mind to it until it continued after a couple of minutes. You turn around to see a figure about to grab you, Lucky you, you can run pretty fast and far. Thank you, Casey!! You ran in the opposite direction of the house, sadly dropping your bags, you ran far before you turned into an alley before looking or thinking. 

Y/N P.O.V

I ran into an alleyway hoping whoever was chasing me didn't notice... Bad move, no other escape out of it. I wasn't one for panicking but once a saw more than a few shadows at the only exit I kind of did. 

'Idiot! Why did you run here!? Now you're going to get killed. At least I know how to fight... I'm going to die fighting!? Why me?!' I thought as I backed up when the figures came closer. Lo and behold... The... Foot. I looked at them shocked and confused. 

"Look, boys... I'm not in the mood. I want to go home and eat before knocking myself out. Why are you after me anyway!? I'm a normal being..." I looked to the side smiling a bit "Okay, as normal as I can get." They did not seem to care only grabbing their sword, weapon, thingy, I don't know! I'm taught with hand-to-hand combat, not ninja stuff! 

"Tell us where the turtles are... Or your brother and the girl get hurt..." One spoke making me panic a lot more. No way in hell am I showing it though... Wait did he just say turtles? I only know of the ones at a zoo!!

"You got those two in a room together? Surprised you're keeping them, they get so flustered it's annoying... Also, did you just say turtles? Did you hit your noggin' at birth or something?" Sarcasm... Bad habit especially in this situation. I turned my head looking for a way out before finding a fire escape in the very back of the alley... I looked back at them before just dashing down and jumping onto the fire escape. 

'Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck! Run, run!' I saw a silver star-shaped thing almost hit my face. 'ARE THEY TRYING TO KILL ME?! Wait... THEY ARE TRYING TO KILL ME!!' I kept running as much as I could up until I made it to the roof... 'Shit! Why did I do this?!' I turned to see the men jump up the roof. I looked to my back at the edge of the building, it wasn't a huge gap but not a small gap either. I looked back at them as they slowly got closer.

"Look... I don't know you and I don't know about these 'turtles' unless they are at an aquarium in a zoo. So let's all calm down." I said backing up I could've sword I felt another presence watching me so I did the best thing I could... I ran to the edge and jumped.
