Augustine Conklin and her family have been going up to cousins every summer since she can remember. Augustines mom Laurel has a best friend who has a house up there for the summer. Susannah who has two boys, The oldest named Conrad that her twin sister Isabella has been in love with ever since she was 12, and the the youngest fisher boy Jeremiah
Jeremiah has a special place in Augustines heart, They are best friends and have always been inseparable from each other. It wasn't weird if you see them being touchy thats just how their relationship is, but just like how Belly is in love with Conrad, Augustine has been in love with Jeremiah ever since she was 12.
No one really knows about Augustines crush on Jeremiah because how good she is at hiding it, only people who know are Belly and Taylor. Taylor is Belly's and Augustines best friend. She's not as hopeful as Belly is when it comes to her crush on the younger Fisher brother. She gave up awhile ago when she saw Jeremiah making out with a girl on the beach 2 summers ago.
