Marriage?

Next morning 8:10am
I kept thinking about what my sister had said. But before I could continue with my thoughts two of my maids had entered the kitchen "good morning ma'am." They said with a smile, "Good morning." I said back with a smile.

When I wandered to the living room I heard my front doors open I turned and looked to see who it was. " good morning Y/n." I heard my parents say happily "good morning mom and dad. What are you guys doing here today?" I said as I was really wondering what they really were here for.

"Oh why don't you sit down so we can talk to you." My dad says I looked at him suspiciously as I sit down across from them. "Your sister tells us you haven't found someone you wanted yet." Mom says as she looks at me. I go quiet and turn to my maids "can you get us two cups tea and a cup of coffee please" I said "yes ma'am" she says  "thank you" I said with a smile

"Answer our question." My mom says getting a bit upset that I kept avoiding it. "It's true I haven't found anyone I'm interested in yet." I said looking always from my parents to avoid eye contact. "Okay, that settles it then we've put you with someone we picked and yes you guys will get married. Do you understand? " My dad says "but—" "I said Do You Understand?!" My dad says angrily. "Yes, I understand.."I said upset but I know I couldn't show it.

Not long after the silence was broken with breakfast being served. My parents and I walked to the dining table and sat down. My parents started small talk with me "your date starts today at 2pm later. We'll send you the information and hour before the date." My dad says before taking his last bite from his breakfast and after finishing breakfast we said our goodbyes.

11:50pm
I decided to go take a shower and just to get myself ready because I know it's gonna take me a while trying to find an outfit.

I hopped in the shower and started wondering who my parents have set me up with. After a 20 minute shower i had got out of the shower. I put my robe on and a towel in my hair. I walked towards my vanity and started on my skincare and makeup. I don't want to marry, what if I marry and my marriage is horrible? Thoughts kept flooding my mind as I did my makeup.

12:45pm
I finally finished with my makeup look and now I have to decide on an outfit and what I wanted to do with my hair. I walked to my closet and started looking around for an outfit, while getting lost in my thoughts about what I wanted to wear, my phone started ringing. "Hello?" I said "heyyy, Y/n what's up are you doing anything today?" Rosé said "uhh yea actually something came up and it's a long story." I said "ooooo what is it?" She says "ahh nothing just that my parents are setting me up with some guy I most likely don't even know for marriage and I have to go on a date with him today." I said to her. "Oh wow, have fun at your date." Rosé says "oh I won't" I said laughing "girl i know you don't like meeting people especially guys but it's time for you to give us a baby niece or nephew." She says giggling on the other side of the phone "Omg you've got to be kidding me it ain't my time yet." I said "okay, okay I should let you get ready have fun bye bye, love you lots." "Bye, love you lots too" I said

After that I hear a knock at the door "ma'am I received a box and it's the outfit and shoes your parents want you to wear for the date." I walk to the door and open it I grabbed it from the maid and said "thank you, for grabbing it." I said to her as she smiles and bows before she leaves.

I close the door and lock it I look at the outfit and wow it's something I'd most definitely would wear only a couple times.

1:20pm
I received a text message from my parents giving me the location of where the date is and that I won't be driving. After a little while I do my finishing touch on my hair and a little fixing on my makeup.
