It's been a week since I gave birth to me and East beautiful baby girl kairi. I was so happy that today was the day we get to take her to her new home. As for East he has his eyes glued to her. I keep telling him that he needs to go home and get some sleep in a nice cali king sized mattress but noooo he rather sleep on the hospital comforter that's stuck right on the side of my bed.
"Mmmct I need to hurry and get my hair done again this ain't ittt" I said as I finished getting all of our belongings together.
"Youu look beautiful than ever with that beautiful new motherly glow"East said as he finished strapping kairi into her car seat than proceeding to come wrap his arms around my waist pulling me closer.
"Look at me when I'm talking mamas. I just want to actually sit here and thank you for giving me my first babygirl seriously I couldn't ask for a better woman to deliver this life changing experience for me and I'm going to get my shii together" East said grabbing my face lifting it to meet his gaze.
"Stoppp got my eyes tearing up but thank you sexxc we got this and your going to be an amazing father" I reassured him than placing a peck on his lips.
"Alright Mrs. & Mr. Brewster your all set for discharge" our nurse christina came in handing me the birth certificate as we made our way down to the parking lot.
EAST POV

"Finally I can go home and get some real sleep" keira said whining as she got in passenger and I strapped in kairi carseat in the backseat.
"I just really can't believe I got a whole daughter out here mane this is crazy" I said as I started the car up and made my way back to the crib.
"And to say I thought you was all thugged out with no emotions" she said laughing causing me to shoot a stare.
" and isss" i said mocking the way her and ari be gossiping on the phone. But she right got a nigga out here look all sappy and shii.
"Ohh yhu sassy with it huh" she said snapping her neck towards me giggling. Truth be told this my ride or die. Who would've thought we would've been here together with each other based of the circumstances of how we met.
"Ouu baby can you stop at beauty supply store i need some more lip gloss" Keira looked over to me looking like she gone cry if I was to say no.
"Just run in this gas station and grab some" I said stopping at the red light waiting to turn into the station.
"NOOOO it's has to be the beauty store!! What's wrong with you? Everyone knows the beauty store lip gloss is where its at" she said damn near at the edge of the passenger seat looking like she lost her damn mind.
"Shh don't wake my daughter up from her beauty rest and secondly does it really matter" I said hitting a u-turn to go to the beauty mark or store whatever the damn store she whining about is.
We pulled into the parking lot letting keira got into the store as i chose to wait on the car with kairi because she wasn't even supposed to be out in public yet.
KEIRA POV
"Baeee the got this new lip plumping gloss. I just know this gone eat down" keira said getting back in the car talking about lord knows what.
"Mmm I don't know what you going about but damn ma did i tell you how sexy you look today." I said grabbing her neck pulling her over the middle console kissing all over her lip and down her neck.
"Eastttt dont start you know they said 6weeks til yk" she said whining like she normally do when i turn her on in public
"Mmct likee the full 6 weeks like youn get cheat day or nothing cause we can make arrangements." He said smirking licking his lips.
At this point all i could was give him that side eye stare letting him know to just give it up. Looking to the back seat i checked on kairi and had seem to be nibbling on her tiny little fingers. I had only been in this mother shii for a week but I really can't complain I had the most perfect daughter in the world. She was the type to just cry, I mean so far she have her little bratty moments where she just wants to fuss but that didn't really come as a surprise to me seeing who her father is.
Soon after we arrived pulling into the driveway. Damn I guess the neighbors were having a party considering all the cars parked down the street.
" i wonder what they doing over there. Cause baby if they cooking I know imma go get me a plate of they famous briaa tacos." i said grabbing kairi diaper bag and my purse as east unstrapped kairi carseat bringing it into the house.
"Mamas if you hungry i can run and go get you some food."he said as i unlocked the front door walking into the kitchen and den area.
"No baby its okay but why is it so dark in here?? You really haven't came home and put no light in here or open the curtains.
"SURPRISEEEEESSSS" everyone that me and east knew jumped out screaming. My whole life flashed before my eyes cause me to drop everything i was once holding and grab my chest tryna catch a quick breath.
"Omfggg yall scared me!!! East did you know bout this?" I asked as tear started streaming down my face. I might just be in my soft girl era cause everything just felt so sentimental and genuine.
"Mmhmm baby yall deserve a welcome home parties after all that hard work you did" he said handing the baby to his sister who was just obsessed with her niece. The rest of the night was so heartwarming and fun. Everyone got along and for once everything in my life felt at peace with the support system I have now built.
