THE SWEET SMELL OF SUCCESS
Amelia Kaiser had everything she wanted.
She was the perfect student on paper: a 4.0 GPA and a perfect SAT score thanks to hours holed up in Blue Bottle and the Los Angeles Public Library, over eighty community service hours, founder of Sherman Oaks' tutoring program, class president, Model UN Co-President alongside (begrudgingly) Ben Gross, and Editor-in-Chief of the Sherman Oaks Tribune.
Her UChigaco acceptance was practically in the palm of her hands.
At this point, it's senior year and Amelia has yet to let loose. So she and her best friend Shelby—a duo known around campus as Kaiser & Quan—decide to have their very own Booksmart moment and weasel their way into one of Sean 'Shrimp' Morrissey's parties.
Then all of a sudden, everything that she's been working for almost slips out of her grasp, and she somehow ends up on the back of her obnoxious but cute next-door neighbor's motorcycle.
