(Me)Ticci Toby only has one hatchet not two.
He originally had two yes but the older of the two was left at the crim Sean in the woods wich is now in a police station in an evidence locker.

The image above that is also used in the books main picture is acurate becuse it only depicts one hachet not two although the hachet should look newer....
