Meant To Be

Part 11

"Okay, Samantha, you can leave now." The male nurse, that became a good friend of mine said. 

"Oh John, call me Sam. We've been over this." 

Daniel chuckled. "C'mon babe." He picked up my stuff & we headed out of the room. 

Daniel told me to wait in the car while he got my release papers. 

I opened my phone to play a quick game of Subway Surfers. It got really intense really fast. 

"Drop dead you fat ass cop!" I screamed as the cartoon cop picked up my character.

I looked up because I was over that game. What I saw made me burst into a fit of laughter. It was Daniel running to the car, doing his crab defense mechanism.

Daniel opened the car door & sat in the driver seat.  

"I can drive ya know." I said. 

Daniel chuckled & then looked me in the eyes, "No you cant." 

"Rude." I playfully slapped his arm.

JAIS POV

We had all got word that Sam just got released from the hospital, so it was mine & Lukes idea to throw a surprise 'Welcome Home' party. 

We're pretty awesome.

When Beau was supposed to be helping me set up decorations, he was sleeping. Elizabeth stood by my side, hand on hip shaking her head. She instantly took some streamers from the table behind us & looked at me devilishly. I knew what she had in mind..

BEAUS POV

I was awaken from my quick nap on the couch by loud One Direction music. I took a look of the scene around me & saw everybody putting up decor. Elizabeth met my eyes & died of laughter. I looked at her in confusion. Since I had gathered my energy from a nap, I decided it was time to help decorate.

I swung my legs off the couch, stood up & tried to walk. A few seconds later, my face collided with the floor. Turns out, I had streamers wrapped around my ankles. I looked up at the suspects, Elizabeth had the streamers in her hand. I broke the thin streamers & ran to her. I picked her up over my shoulder, she was laughing & screaming once I started to spin in circles.

I stopped dead in my tracks when we heard Daniels car pull up. 

"Get down!" Angile screamed & everybody dropped to the ground, including me, with Elizabeth still in my arms. 

"Turn out the light!" Rachel said. James' long arm creeped up the wall & flicked the light switch off.

We all awaited for the arrival of our surprise victem.

DANIELS POV

I was excited to see Sams face when she got surprised by everyone at her party. I pulled in the driveway of my house & got out quick to open Sams car door.

"Thanks Daniel.." She said weirdly.

I rushed in front of her & reached for the door handle. I opened it & let her walk in before me.

As she turned on the light, seven people jumped up from the ground & yelled "Surprise!" simultaniously.

Sams face lit up & everyone came up to hug her, one by one.

Beau came to Sam & said "What took you guys so long, I was getting the feeling you guys were busy.." Beau winked & bumped elbows with her. Beau walked away & Sam looked confused. Two seconds later, realization came upon her & she laughed so hard.

SAMS POV

As the party went on, I had loads of fun. But being just released from the hospital got me tired. I told Daniel that I was feeling tired so he announced that everyone should leave. We all said our goodbyes & everyone filed out the door. I was beginning to walk out to the car but Daniel held me back.

"Where do you think you're going?" He said.

"To the car.." I said.

"No," He lead me to his room. "You're staying overnight."
