"Vinny, my dear friend. Are you in position?" Habit says, glancing over at Vinny. There's a moment of silence as Vinny shuffles around.

"Damn it, Vinny," Habit says, exasperated. He walks over to Vinny and positions him with a rough hand. "Like that, Vinny. It's not that hard. C'mon," he adds, annoyed and with a laid-back tone.

Habit turns back to me. "Where were we?" he asks, pacing back and forth in front of me. "Oh, right... I make you mine!" he says, his voice filled with sadistic excitement.

"But first, just to be sure, I'm going to test your strength and willpower," he grins. "And knowing you, Y/N, I know you have what I want." He leans in closer, his hand cupping my face. I turn my face away, refusing to meet his gaze.

"I will break you soon enough, Y/N. And then you won't be so tough anymore," he sneers.

He turns his back to me, walking away a little. I finally find my voice. "You will not break me, Habit. I won't be your little plaything," I say with a cold, defiant tone.

Habit stops, slowly turning around to meet my gaze. His eyes are filled with pure evil as they bore into my soul. I hear his sinister laugh echo through the room.

"My sweet little rabbit, you truly have no idea what I'm capable of. You'll be begging me for mercy," Habit says, his words sending a shiver down my spine.

"We'll see about that," I reply with a sharp, defiant tone, locking my gaze with his.

He raises an eyebrow. "You are a feisty one, aren't you?" he says with a husky voice. He steps closer and punches me hard in the jaw. My head snaps to the side, and I take a deep breath, looking back up at Habit. I try to appear unbothered by the sudden attack, even as blood drips from my nose and lip.

"Hmm... interesting," Habit says, inspecting my unflinching face. "Let's see how long you can hold out. How long it will take before you scream from pain. Before you break," he says, his voice dripping with pure evil.

Goosebumps spread across my body from his chilling words.

"Do your worst," I say in a low, calm, yet angry voice.

"Very well," Habit says, raising his knife. With one swift move, he cuts my shoulder. The sting makes my breath catch in my throat, but I keep my gaze unbothered.

"I have to admit, I'm a little impressed by you, my dear," he says. For a brief moment, a flicker of admiration appears in his eyes. Habit grabs my chin, forcing me to look up at him, searching for any sign of weakness or fear. There's a hint of something, but not much.

While he's distracted, I silently work on loosening the rope around my wrists. Bit by bit, it starts to give, and soon my hands are free. I keep them in the same position, hoping he won't notice. A grin spreads across my face.

Habit raises an eyebrow in confusion. "Is that all you've got, Habit?" I taunt, grinning.

Habit takes a deep breath and stands up straight, turning slowly to look at Vinny in disbelief. "You hear this, Vinny? They really don't get it," he says.

This is my moment. I quickly rise to my feet and charge at Habit. I push him from behind, causing him to lose his balance and almost fall forward. He manages to catch himself against the wall, looking at me in surprise.

"How did you—" he starts to say, but I cut him off.

"Told ya. You can't break me that easily," I say, proud of myself.

With my leg, I push the chair out of the way and stand ready to fight.

"I'm going to get you on the ground. And I will. Just like old times' sake. Right, Evan?" I say, locking eyes with Habit. Something in him snaps at the mention of Evan's name. He rushes toward me, knife poised to deliver a deep cut. I quickly step aside, dodging the attack. A frustrated growl escapes Habit as he turns back around to face me.

He charges at me again with full force, but I manage to dodge once more, only getting a slight cut on my arm as I back away. Habit leans forward, almost losing his balance from the force of his attack. I seize the opportunity and punch him hard in his side. He groans in pain, but his laughter follows almost immediately.

"Oh, you... you made a mistake, little Rabbit," he says, his voice filled with anger.

I brace myself for his next move, carefully watching his every action as he does mine. We circle each other, and then he charges again, even quicker this time. I don't have time to dodge, so I try to block his attack. He lunges at me with the knife aimed directly at me. Just before he can strike, I grab his arm and pull it to the side to avoid the knife. But this move leaves me vulnerable, and he takes advantage of it by punching me hard in the stomach.

I stumble backward, struggling to breathe as pain floods my chest. Despite the agony, I keep my guard up and lock eyes with him. I quickly recover, regaining my posture. Habit looks surprised by my rapid recovery. A glimpse of admiration crosses his face, but it quickly fades, replaced by his usual evil expression.

I lock eyes with Habit, my focus unwavering. Vinny is at the doorway, watching and filming. I hear him softly cheering, "You can do it, Y/N!"

His encouragement triggers a flashback to a specific move I used to get Evan to the ground. I can use that now. I glance at Vinny and offer a quick, reassuring smile before turning my attention back to Habit. A slick smile creeps across my face.

"You will never be strong enough to get me on the ground, little Rabbit," Habit says, unaware of what's coming next.

I charge at Habit, the sudden movement catching him off guard just slightly. Despite his surprise, he keeps his focus on me, ready for my next move.
