It had been months since they left for Alaska. It has been months since Bellatrix last saw angels and since she last felt happy and at peace.

She had refused to talk to anyone but Rosalie and Kate since they arrived. Kate were their 'cousins, the Denails.

It took a lot of convincing from Rosalie and Kate for Bellatrix to hunt and eat. And when she did, she tore apart animals until she was forced to stop.

Something in her snapped the day they left. She was either ripping apart anything in her sight and taking out her anger, or she was locked in her room, staring into a void and showing no emotion.

She had no clue what Angela was feeling or going through, but she could feel the ache in her heart. The pain in her chest was just fueling her hatred for Edward and his selfishness.

She could hear Angela's giggles in her head as they had a pillow fight or her talking about the newest journalistic piece she published. It was like her own nightmare, hearing the voices and the giggles, remembering the moments they shared, and knowing they couldn't ever be together again.

Bellatrix got up off the floor, deciding she needed to haunt in order not to hear the voices.

"Where are you going?" Alice asks as she sees the Latina vampire walk through the living room. Everyone seemed to be in there, as Rosalie was cuddling on the couch with Emmet, Jasper, and Alice together. Every mate mated together while Kate messed with her sister's hair. And Edward was at the piano.

Everything in her was screaming at her to break every limb off his body. "Hunt," Bellatrix said, the only word to leave her lips.

"Bellatrix, the local forest troopers are saying there is a wild beast roaming around and tearing apart animals. They're starting a hunt for it." Carlisle tells her, making her smirk.

Well, let's hope I don't run into them. Because I'm sinking my teeth into something." She tells him coldly before speeding out of the house.

"Good job, Edward. Who would have thought one selfish vampire would break free from the beast?" Rosalie stares as she refers to all of Bellatrix's hard work to become a vegan and not be the serial vampire she once was.

"She's not going to kill the troopers, right?" Emmet asks, worried for her.

They all look towards Alice, as she was the one who could see the future. But the pixie girl only looks at the ground, showing that Bellatrix would and could.

"We have to stop her." Emmet goes to get up, but Rosalie pushes him back down.

"I know Bellatrix better than anyone here. She will do what she wants; no one can stop her." Rosalie tells him, making Emmet look concerned.

Bellatrix could be out there tearing apart humans again, and that terrified him.

*****

Bellatrix let go of the moose she was drinking from; she could hear rapid foot steps approaching her.

"Hey!" Someone calls out as a flashlight is aimed at her. "Ma'am, there's a wild animal out here tearing apart things. You need to leave; it's not safe for you out here." Another male voice tells her, as she could hear four heartbeats approaching her.

She stands up fully, turning around with a sadistic smirk on her face. "No, it's not safe for you out here." She tells them before speeding at them, draining the first man near her dry.

She let a moan of satisfaction roll off her tongue as she savored his blood. "Dispatch-" Before the trooper could say anything, Bellatrix ripped out his throat.

One by one, she hunted and played with them, watching as they ran and screamed but never making it far as she tore them limb from limb, draining them dry.

"Oops." She giggled lightly as she looked around her. The snow was covered in blood. Four human bodies ripped apart and a dead moose Out of it all, she only felt bad for the animal, strangely enough.

Yet not one ounce of remorse for the men. She took her anger out on Edward.

*****

Bellatrix walked back into the house, her clothes stained with blood. She didn't bother even looking at her 'family' and her 'cousins'.

"What did you do?" Edwards voice stops her as she is at the end of the stairs.

"Be glad it wasn't you." Her chilled voice filled the air before she continued walking up the stairs.
