Mini Latino Heat

Chapter 4

Roberto makes it to the back. He goes to his locker room to relax before his match later. While sitting there he's thinking about what he was told last night.

While doing so there is a knock at the door. He turns seeing Edge, Rey, Dominic, Rey's wife Angie and Rey's daughter Aalyah. He smiles slightly.

Edge: hey man are you ok?

Roberto: yep

He has tears in his eyes.

Roberto: usual old Roberto Guerrero, always happy and fine.

Rey: what's up?

Roberto sighs.

Roberto: my girlfriend broke up with me last night on the way to the hotel. she messaged me and said "we're over". haven't heard from her since.

Rey: i'm sorry to hear that, who was she anyway?

Roberto: Cora Jade from NXT. we were dating for nearly 3 years.

Angie: if she could so easily leave you like that the she's not worth these.

She wipes tears from his cheeks. Aalyah comes over and hugs him. He happily hugs back. Out of Rey's kids he gets along with Aalyah better than Dom.

They have always been by each others side. He has always seen her as a sister and Dom as a brother.

Producer: Roberto, you're up.

He nods standing up. Rey hands him the keys to the low rider.

*in the arena*

Cody is in the ring waiting for Roberto until...

Roberto drives out in the same car as last night. He drives it down the flat ramp to the bottom of the ramp.

He activates the hydrolics. Once he deactivates them he gets out of the car. He does the shimmy then gets in the ring.

They both are in their corners when the bell is rung. Cody goes for a clothesline. Roberto rolls under. He runs and hits a pop up drop kick.

He does a kick up as Cody rolls out the ring. Roberto dives over the top hitting a top con hilo.

Roberto lifts Cody and goes to put him in the ring but is elbowed in the gut. Cody punches him knocking him back a bit.

Cody punches him again then bangs his head off the announce table. Cody throws him into the ring.

As cody slides in Roberto hits a running diving uppercut. He covers Cody.

Ref: 1...2...th-

Cody kicks out.

*10 minutes later*

Cody has just hit the bionic elbow like his dad once did. He picks Roberto up and goes to hit the cross rhodes but Roberto reverses it into a reverse bloody sunday.

He gets Cody to his feet then lands the 3 amigos. Roberto climbs to the top rope. He launches off the ropes and hits a picture perfect frog splash that takes a bit of wind out of him.

He recovers quickly then pins Cody.

Ref: 1...2...3, RING THE BELL.

The bell rings. Roberto gets up to his feet and celebrates. He climbs to the second rope then does the classic Guerrero shimmy.

Roberto exits the ring heading to the backstage area. He goes to his locker room then changes into casual clothes before going to the hotel. He goes to bed and falls asleep peacefully.
