Random ways to get Isekaif that isn't truck-kun for your story (credit if used please 🙃):
{rather short because my mom is right next to mr an dim suppose fr be sleeping so I'm rushing this before I get caught... :p}
-committing suicide with their best friend and ending up in said anime with their goal being to find that friend to end their life again.
-going skiing and they close their eyes for a second and when they open them their in a hospital in said world.
-eats random shit and dies :p
-feeds some strays but they get scared off my a loud sound and Person goes to investiert the sound only to fall into a strange portal where they land in the middle of said/desired world.
-falls into a magic river. (>0 ^ o)>
-buys a plushie when they were younger and then has a dream where the plushie thanks them for treating them so well and grants them one wish (wich would be to transport into preferred world with a good power.)
-drowns in pool. (For no reason at all, maybe suicide, maybe falling asleep, who know?)
-goes on a drug trip and gets arrested, later on dies from overdose.
-saved a random grandma from being shot but dies instead. (With style may I add)
