"Lunch, lunch, lunch!" Maki exclaimed excitedly upon seeing the pack altogether before walking their way to the lunchroom. "You guys should see the food! I heard it's Chicken Stew today."

They all smiled and chuckled seeing the younger's excitement, getting eager to eat after a long period of their classes. It was indeed for Euijoo like a normal school, no one was really interested in them. In fact, it was fortunate for him. It was better than his previous school where they keep getting humiliated every moment that he couldn't even take a break. In one word, it was awful.

They all lined up behind some students while holding a tray and patiently waiting for their turn. When it was finally Euijoo's turn, he gave a smile to the aunties who scooped the food for him, filling out his empty tray. But when he turned around to find a seat, he accidentally bumped into a girl who was also holding a tray which made the tray fall upside down to the ground.

His face formed a shocked expression while still holding his tray as he looked down at the upside-down tray then his gaze slowly darted up toward the girl with his mouth still open, not knowing what to do.

"Umm.." He started awkwardly.

The girl looked up at him with a shocked face, mostly an upset one. "My Chicken Stew!" She wailed, it was that deep, really. Since they weren't able to ask for another one no matter what the reasons are.

Her friend quickly patted her back a few times. "It's okay Binna, I can give you mine." He soothed her as the girl was still in dismal.

Euijoo felt guilty so he handed her his tray instead with pressed lips. His head suddenly shot down when Binna's eyes connected with him. "You can take mine instead, it was my fault for not being careful."

"Next time please be careful and stay away." Her friend quickly warned only to get hit on the arm by Binna who gave him a warning look.

"Jay it's fine really, it's all unintentional obviously." She said before pushing away the tray lightly, refusing to take it. "Although Chicken Stew is my favourite school meal, it's okay I can wait for another time soon for it."

This was the time when both of them could smell each other's smell. Binna could smell a wet rainforest and wood on him like a dog who plays around on the grass while Euijoo couldn't smell anything on her despite having a werewolf sense. The only thing he could feel was how frigid she was when he was near her, cold like a dead body.

Binna close a little more gap between them with furrowed eyebrows as the two maintain their eye contact. "You're a werewolf." She whispered with a tone of disbelief.

She then cleared her throat and was about to go away until Euijoo stopped her by holding her arm tightly. The girl instantly looked at him, surprised by the sudden strong grip.

"H-how did you know?" He asked hesitantly before letting go of her arm.

Binna didn't really want to expose herself but she knew the guy will find out soon about her. "Cause you smell like a dog." She stated then walked away along with Jay.

He knew. She's a vampire, along with Jay. He clicked when the vampires could smell their smells since they have a sharp smell of blood, it would be possible for them to know about their scents.

"Hey." Nicholas interrupted him, his eyes shifted toward the male. "What were you guys talking about after the accident?" He asked as he lifted up his tray to avoid it from falling.

Euijoo was contemplating whether he should just tell Nicholas about the minor serious conversation or keep it a secret first as he figured the girl didn't want to be revealed. He chose to hide it instead.

He shrugged and continue to walk toward his friends who were waiting for the two arrivals. "Nothing much, just telling me to pay back her Chicken Stew next time since it is her favourite school meal."

Nicholas nodded in response, believing his lie. "Oh, okay. She's pretty though." He grinned only to get a smack from Euijoo on the arm. "Euijoo I'm just stating a fact!"

Euijoo chuckled and shook his head at his best friend's ridiculous behaviour. As he looked down at the Chicken Stew on his tray, it kept reminding him about the girl. He felt like he wanted to know more about her, she was interesting to him. And Nicholas was right, she was indeed pretty.
