still in utter shock lana just stares at jack, and he stares back at her. then nico showed up, shocking them even more. lana and blake were sleeping with frickin nhl players! next thing you know quinn skates up, at first not realizing what was going on, then he remembered the girls from the night before.

"lana you watch hockey?" jack yells through the glass

"i sure do now!" lana laughs

"you look beautiful" jack said before slating off with the boys.

"damn who was that" dougie said skating up

"those girls from last night that we told you about" nico said interrupting

they skate off the ice and back into the locker room waiting to the game to start, everyone making fun of jack and nico for having their 'girlfriends' there

"lana's not my girlfriend, k? i didn't even invite her here, she just happens to be here so leave it alone guys" jack says defensively. all the guys listen, not wanting to strike a nerve right before the game.

"so, jack hughes, it has a nice ring to it" lana says smiling, remembering the last name on his jersey

"hmm lana hughes. now that sounds good!" blake said

"blake hiescher" renee ponders the idea, deciding she likes it.

the boys run onto the ice, all getting onto the bench, and the game begins. it starts off with jack getting a goal, assisted by luke and nico.

"wait that luke guy is also a hughes, i wonder if they're related" lana thinks out loud.

"chances are high, jacks older brother quinn also plays, so maybe hockey runs in their blood" renee says concluding lana's thoughts.

the first period ends, with the devils up 1-0, jack scoring the goal 8 minutes into the period.

"wait guys should i follow him on instagram? now that i know his last name?" blake says, unsure of what to do.

"if you follow nico i will follow jack" lana bargains.

"k let's do it at the same time" blake says.

they both press the follow button together, both immediately shutting their phones off trying to not think about it.

jack calls someone into the change room, asking them at the end of the game to find lana and escort her to the area the guys meet their families. he agrees. jack tells him where they are sitting and the man approaches them during the intermission.

"jack hughes and nico hiescher request to see you three girls at the end of the game, i'll be waiting outside the exit" he says as he points toward a set of doors. the man walks away before any of them could say anything.

"omg guys, jack and nico want to hang out with us after the game!" lana says still in disbelief.

"so i guess they aren't just random hookups, maybe this can turn into something." blake says
