I said quietly avoiding Brian's eyes as I got into his car,

'hello to my girlfriend who I just bailed out of jail'

Brian said beginning to laugh, I looked away from him,

'don't judge me you've been in jail too',

I said still avoiding his eyes, Brian grabbed my hand,

'the difference is you know why I was arrested but I don't know why you were, even though I paid your bail',

Brian said, I finally looked at him and sighed,

'sorry Brian',

I said disappointed in myself, he quickly kissed me and pulled away,

'you got nothing to be sorry for, now our future wedding invitations can have both of our mugshots on them',

Brian said trying to make me laugh, a small smile formed on my face,

'so what did you do baby?',

Brian asked letting go of my hand beginning to drive home, I looked out the window,

'can I explain to you at home once I talk to someone?',

I asked, Brian looked at me confused,
