A few months past and everything was great but one day when shoto was out side of the clan he and vox got separated in the forest thou that usually is not a problem this time shoto was killed by a demon peirced through his heart was the demons sword shoto was shocked and knew he was going to die but before his death shoto had one last wish to be in vox arms he the screamed in pain fortunately vox heard him he came running to shoto thou he was to worried for shoto then the demon "shoto shoto please don't leave me please I beg you please" vox begged while holding shoto just like shoto wished for shoto then said with the last few air left in his lungs "d-dont worry v-vox i-im go-ing to d-die any-way ple-ase j-ust ho-ld me on my l-last bre-aths just like you pro-mised me" shoto smiled and closed his eyes vox filled with anger and also sadness he started to chase the demon who killed shoto and did catch up and did kill the demon vox went back to shotos body tears still running down his face he held shotos dead corps and said "I'm so sorry shoto please forgive me I promise and this time I mean it i promise the next time you reincarnation I promise I won't let the same thing happen to you" vox carried shoto dead body back to the clan and buried his body in the clans cemetery
day by day he felt even more guilt and anger he then went out of the clan to a small town called bakumori he the met with the head of the clan shu kurano....
