Hailey's POV

Hailey - Hey Luke

Luke - Hi Hailey, what's  up?

Hailey - Can I tell you something

Luke - Sure, anything

Hailey - There's this boy that I like, but he likes someone else, what should I do?

Luke - Are you 100% sure they like this person?

Hailey - Yeah, he was meant to ask her out today, but he didn't

Luke - Wait, is this about Jake and Daisy?

2 minutes later

Luke - I'm literally in Zanders bed right now, do you really want me to barge into your room!

5 minutes later

Luke - I give up, goodnight I will make you and Zander breakfast tomorrow, since your parents are out for a few days, and I was left in charge of you, Zander and Beth, since your parents trust me more.

Off Whatsapp

I put my phone on my bedside table face down and slip into bed.

A few minutes later

I get out of bed and walk over to my window. I take a deep breath and open the curtain. I look and see Jake knocking on my window, he stops when he sees me and smiles at me.

I open up the window and let him in, then watch Jake climb through the window.

"Hi" I say awkwardly, not knowing why he is here.

"Hey" He says back awkwardly. We stare at each over for another minute waiting for the other to talk.

"What do you want?" I ask trying to start conversation, I walk over to my bed and sit down.

"To see you" He says while sitting down next to me.

"You saw me like all day, you could've just texted me and asked to see me tomorrow, silly" I say with a bit of a giggle.

He stays quiet and I stand up. I look at him, it's as if he's processing his thoughts.

"Shouldn't you be busy planning a way to ask out Daisy.. She was the original reason for joining the music club" I say while walking around my room.

"Yeah, she was.." He says while staring at the ground.

"Anyway, did you come here just to sit on  my bed, or did you come here to see me" I giggle while standing still.

"Oh, yeah.." He says while standing up.

"I don't like Daisy, like that anymore, and I haven't for a while now" Jake says while standing up and walking over to me.

"Wait! what, why?" I ask confused, I thought he was currently head over heels for Daisy!

"I like someone else now, She's amazing" Jake says while standing facing me.

"Oh, who..?" I ask fully, I guess I still don't have a chance. He looks down at me.

"Promise me you won't kill me, or tell anyone" He says in a serious voice.

"I won't tell anyone, and why would I kill you, now please tell me!" I beg. Jake takes a deep breath, then looks me in the eyes.

"I like, no I love..." He starts. I look at him, why did he have to pause! "You.." He says while staring into my eyes.

I freeze up, he likes me..

"It's ok if you don't feel the same way, I get it, I just had to tell you, please don't tell anyone" Jake says while staring at me, I assume that he's waiting for a response.

I walk closer to him and softly kiss him on the lips, we slowly seperate.

We stare at each other for another minute, then I hear a knock at my door.

"I didn't give up! Now open the door, or I'll have a discussion with Zander about what you were messaging me about" Like shouts from the door.

I put me finger to Jakes mouth to signal for him to be quiet, I point to the window and he nods and starts to climb out the open window.

"Hailey, you awake??" Luke shouts at the door. I take advantage of Luke talking loudly, and close the window while he is talking.

"I'm coming in, just to make sure your not awake!" He shouts at the door. I hear him opening the door, so I quickly tip toe to my bed. As he opens the door, I just hope into bed and close my eyes.

He walks in and I can hear him walk around. "Oh, you are asleep, well this never happened' He says while walking out and closing the door.
