I woke up on the side of a seemingly deserted street, it felt like I had been there for a while but how could no one have seen me lying unconscious on the side of the road?
I got up and felt my body aching with the streetlight gleaming down on me I saw that my legs and arms were bruised and scratched up causing me to question even more where I am and how I got here.
I started walking down the sidewalk following the streetlights with pain shooting up my leg from time to time. As I got farther down the sidewalk the lights got dimmer and dimmer, eventually I stumbled upon a car in the middle of the street, the car was running but it wasn't moving just sitting there.
I walked towards the car while trying to see if anyone was in it, but no one was, I felt like my heart was going to explode as I looked in the car and saw someone in the backseat... it was me. I froze and started to back away from the car slowly until I was looking right back into the eyes of myself, and I took off running when I heard the car rev and I saw it coming at me.
I blacked out.
I woke up again under a streetlight, this time I was covered in dirt and what seemed to be sweat at least that's what I hoped it was.
I started walking in the same direction I did before and this time I walked past the car and when I did it turned off.
The streetlights started to dim again until I saw a bright building in the distance which caused me to walk faster because the one thing I needed right now was help. When I finally made it to the building which was a gas station I went inside and saw a man behind the counter who looked surprised to see me just as much as I him.
"Excuse me, I need help..." I couldn't get anything else out as he slid something across the counter and into my hand.
A gun.
"You aren't supposed to be here" He whispered to me while darting his eyes around.
"What?" I widened my eyes when he grabbed me by my shirt and screamed.
"GET OUT NOW! NOW! NOW!" I pushed myself out of my grip and darted out of the gas station and back to the sidewalk, I looked back at the gas station and the man was gone and there was a truck there. I had had enough of cars, so I continued to walk.
It seemed like I was waiting for and eternity before I found a bus stop and sat down to rest and I saw a bus coming as soon as I sat down, the door opened and a woman smiled down at me and told me to get on, I was hesitant but I boarded the bus and surprise there were no people on it.
The bus began to move and I watched out of the window to see the bus going the opposite direction that I was walking but the gas station looked abandoned when we passed by it and the car was no longer sitting in the middle of the road.
"Where are we going?" She ignored me and kept driving and I could see her getting closer and closer to the woods and off the road.
"Let me off." I demanded but she still ignored me so I walked to the front and when I got there she was no longer there in the driver's seat. I looked forward and braced myself.
It went dark.
I came to under a street light, starting all. over. again.
