Forever Mines - Nahyo pt3 (final)

Jihyo POV

Tears flowed from my eyes like a waterfall. Seeing Nayeon like this just hurts really bad. A doctor and a police officer came in and told me what occurred a couple hour ago.

"Are you Park Jihyo" the female doctor asked

"Yes thats me, please tell me what happened" I wiped my tears

"She got into a bad car accident, it could have been fatal. The driver who crashed in her car was drunk driver." The police explained

"There is a slight chance that she may be paralyzed from the waist lower. Her upper half is stable. Me and the team will do the best we can for her." As soon as the doctor told me she may be paralyzed I wanted to beat the shit out of the drunk driver. I clutched my fists

"The driver will be serving a some time in jail and by some I mean maybe 5 years, thats the minimum though" The officer looked at my fists then my face

I could see Nayeon eyes flutter, she was about to wake up. I held her hand and she turned and gave me a smile with her bunny teeth.

"We are gonna leave you two alone" the doctor and officer left.

I hugged her and she winced in pain

"Sorry" I pulled from the hug and calmed down a bit, she just looked at me like she was admiring me just like the first day we got together.

"Be strong for me, please don't give up" I whispered and just prayed to god she as gonna be okay

Hour went by and I was instructed to go home. I didn't put up a fight and left. All night I couldn't sleep, thoughts of her went through my mind. I cried myself to sleep and woked up, my makeup was smudged onto the pillow

"Damn I forgot to take it off" I mumbled and then the hospital called me, I answered

"Mrs. Park, we have some news for you here at the hospital. Please get here" I quickly hung up and took a shower, did my make up, put on clothes, and grabbed a sandwich. I got my keys and shoes and left out the house.

*time skip*

I went to the exact room where Nayeon was. The same doctor from yesterday was there and a different one was there too. They gave me a smile

"Good news, Nayeon will not be paralyzed and can be discharged today but she can't do any hardcore activities until she recovers" I was jumping up and down from such good news. I signed a bunch of papers and shit and payed them the bill, we were on our way home.

I couldn't tell if Nayeon was really in pain because she kept kissing me every opportunity she got, I mean I aint complaining. We watched a movie and she made sure to call off from work due to her injury.

I always believed in happy endings and its gonna stay that way. I hope something like this never happens again to Nayeon or anyone else.

I feel bad for everyone who were victims of drunk drivers and some are fatal.
