Chapter 1- The white yeti
AUGUST 29TH 2023
Somewhere in Barnet, London
"Hello... Water department?"
"Yes ? How may I help you today"
"I think there is something wrong with the water tank. A bit of cleaning required, I suppose. Uhh... I don't know how to say this but... there are strands of hair, nails and pieces of fibers coming along the water. The water tastes strange too. It would be wonderful if you could check the tank"
"Kindly tell me your address we will be arriving soon"
"Sure, thank you"
"Come on boys, we have work to do". The manager of the government water supplier, Ford Jasper yelled, as they never got a complaint in 4 years.
Arriving at the location, they marched up to the roof of the building where the tanks were located.
Twisting and turning, Jasper's eyes widened . He forgot to breath for a while.
A human head floated in the water. Her face seemed unrecognizable as it was covered with a layer of slim, for it was in the water for god knows how many days. Her body was not attached to her skull. It was floating in the water. Her body was chopped into tiny pieces. It seemed as if a butcher was too enthusiastic and chopped its prey into many pieces. Her eyes were lifeless. Skin pale as the veins popped out. The water was in the lightest shade of red.
Unable to see the horrifying sight anymore, Jason ran to the end of the roof top and gagged. "Arlond, call the police" he ordered as the tenets questioned him for his actions...

QUARTERS OF TRUSTED SELECTS, LONDON
"Lillian killed Meryl," I stated, as it was a matter of fact. The room dropped silent. A women in her late 30's stood infont of me as she kept ogling at me. It was a matter of a few seconds before Lillian acknowledged what I spoke and shrieked out "What?! It is an absolute lie! I did not kill Meryl. She was my beloved sister who I cared the most about. You don't know anything, you white yeti! How could you come to that pathetic conclusion without conducting a proper investigation?"
I sighed as I pushed the pair of glasses that slipped down from the bridge of my nose. "Aiwa, you were aware that I had to attend few important matters this evening and I strictly asked for the cases which you couldn't solve. This seemed like an easy one. Do you not understand English?" I spoke, my voice growing louder by each word that left my mouth. "But, Vesper she just wouldn't listen to us and threatened us that she could get us fired and you also have Distinction card. So...she just wouldn't bulge"
My brows furrowed as I tried recollecting, about the so called distinction card.
"What was that again?"
I heard Aiwa sigh as he began speaking "Vesper, you are a world known detective. You solved about 150 cases successfully. This includes the 'Feral man's case'. The most complicated case known. To appreciate this, government has given you distinction card. This card allows you to give the absolute power of words. If the outcome of the case is concluded by you, the outcome is absolute." He said. His sounded annoyed.
"Well... Arrest this woman. She is a murderer of her own beloved sister" I said mimicking the women who went by the name... Lillian? while blowing a raspberry.
"What? You are a handsome... but a crazy, man" she shouted.
"Itch..." No sooner I found my ears covered with cotton balls as a familiar brunette marched up giving Lillian a neck chop. Before she could protest or utter a word Lillian's body touched the earth and she passed out.
