Malcolm and Jack were making breakfast for the family when jack experiences a sharp pain in her back and stomach.
In the kitchen....
Malcolm was standing by the stove when he saw Jack who standing by the icebox grab at her lower back and wince.
J baby you okay? Malcolm asked
Yeah I think I pulled a muscle on a call yesterday at work. I'm okay M. Jack said
Promise me if it gets worse you'll go get it checked out. Malcolm asked
Yes M if the pain gets worse I'll go get it checked out I promise. Jack said
Thank you my love. Malcolm said

They finished making breakfast
Kids breakfast is ready. Malcolm called for the kids
Prescott, Rylynn, and Malcolm JR came into the kitchen and sat down
The family said grace and ate together
Then they got ready for work and school
Malcolm took Prescott and Rylynn to school since it was on his way to the police station.
Jack took MJ to daycare since it was her way to her headquarters for EMSA.
At the convenience store Jack and her partner Sam where getting gas and a drink when Jack doubled over in pain.
Jack cried out in pain and Sam ran over to Jack.
Jack you okay. Sam asked
All Jack could do was shake her head no because the pain was so bad
Do I need to call for back up Jack? Sam asked
Yes. Jack moaned out in pain
Okay. Sam said
Sam grabbed her radio as she helped jack into the back and put her on the gurney.
Unit 348 to headquarters. Sam said
Go for unit 348. Dispatch said
I need back up at 3426 Luther parkway my partner is down I need another unit to my location now. Sam said
10-4 unit on way. Dispatch said
10-4. Sam said
Sam hooked Jack up to the cardiac monitor and put an IV into her forearm to give her fluids
Sam bag please. Jack said
Sam handed Jack the vomit bag
Jack threw up and Sam proceeds to give Jack some nausea meds through her IV
With Malcolm....
Unit 348 to headquarters. Sam said
Go for unit 348. Dispatch said
I need back up at 3426 Luther parkway my partner is down I need another unit to my location now. Sam said
10-4 unit on way. Dispatch said

Show me responding. Malcolm radios
Malcolm makes his way to his call not knowing he'll be dreading it once he realizes who the assistants is for.
