[CLOSED] Hershey's 'A Piece of You' - Writing Contest

Hey Wattpad Philippines! We're excited to announce that Wattpad has partnered with Hershey's to encourage you to bring out your truest self. In a world where online perception has become a source of fear or judgement to express who we are and the things we love to do...we want you to freely be YOU!

Along with Hershey's, we want you to nurture your creativity, try new experiences and learn new things, and connect with people that uplift your mood. In short, share the parts of yourself that make you happy.

📝 Contest Challenge

In a world where people would love an excuse to be their best self, let's be that excuse. Taste the moment with Hershey's.

Just like when you bite into the magical and delicious ingredients inside Hershey's chocolate, feel it lift your spirits, and then in the moment, how do you become your authentic self? Whether it's through hobbies, spending time with family and friends or indulging in the things you love best in life, share a story of how you express your best SELF.

In 500 words or less, Wattpad and Hershey's want you to share 'a piece of you'. Whether fact or fiction, submit your own story of how you share bits and pieces of your (or your character's) authentic self. What are the activities that you or your character do that aligns with their true self? Who are the people who draw out feelings of joy? Where are the places that allow you or your character to shed their mask and be who they are? In your story, describe the moments that express your real self; the person you sometimes hold back from being!

• Hershey's Mode Challenge (Requirement): In your story, you must creatively weave Hershey's chocolate as a driver/enabler for your best moments of self-expression. Describe the joyful, loving and positive way you act when you experience the delicious Hershey's chocolate and bring alive the sentiment - It was Hershey's that made me Taste The Moment.

Publish your story on your own Wattpad profile and you must tag your story #HersheysMode for a chance to win a One (1) year supply of delicious Hershey's chocolates.

• Deadline to enter this contest is August 28th at 11:59PM Philippine Standard Time.

📜 Submission Requirements

• Your entry must be in English, Tagalog or mixed Taglish.

• Your story must be tagged #HersheysMode to be considered.

• Your story must be posted as a new story on your Wattpad profile (must have a Wattpad account to enter; to create one for free, visit http://www.wattpad.com/login)

• You can submit more than one story to be considered as long as they meet our guidelines.

✅ Eligibility Requirements

• Entrants must be legal residents of the Philippines and 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• You must be signed in to Wattpad to enter the contest.
