Chapter 14: Investigation Begins ✔︎

Tae Pov

We were at Jin eomma's restaurant to review everything we knew about the case. "So let's tell each other about each other's past so we might be able to get some clues" suggested Jonnie Appa.

Jin eomma and Joonie appa already did the interrogation with detective Han. We are planning to work with him to uncover behind this murder. After telling each other about their past we decided to add the question detective Han asked us.

"I think that it would be Jung Hoseok or Jang Wonyoung" suggested chim. "It could be but what if it's both of them?" Asked appa. "Aargh there could be many people that could hate us" groaned kook frustrated.

"But what answer did you give to detective Han" asked eomma. "We told them that we have suspects but we can't confirm it." Kook replied."Thats a good answer " Appa complimented.

We kept discussing until eomma interrupted."Guys look at the news something bad happend" said eomma pointing.

"Breaking news a another dead body has been found near the national park" reported the newsman. "The body belonged to a male named Park Jongsung who is 25" stated the newsman.

"O MY GOSH IT'S MY FRIEND" I yelled in shock. Luckily no one was there at the restaurant since it was closed. We decided it would be best if no one was there to eavesdrop on our case.

"Taehyung your lying right?" Asked Yoongi hhyung shocked. "No we met back in high school and we kept in touch since" I replied sadly.

"Wait a minute listen"  hushed kook. "The body had  deep bruises which were fresh. The police stated that the murder seem to connect with the other murder of a woman. They confirmed it by saying that killer leaves a mark on the body he kills. There is a name carved in the skin. The name is J-hope. If anyone knows any information about this person please report this to the police" reported the newsman.

We all felt silent. "All of the murders are people who knows Tae" chim stated after thinking about it. "Yes first it was chim's mom and now it is his friend Jackson" appa read his thoughts out loud.

"But does anyone know who J-hope is?" Asked eomma. "I may have an idea but I don't know if it is true" I began hesitantly. "

Go for it Tae" kook encouraged. "I think it could be my ex" I spat out."That could be possible he always stalk you and harass you. " agreed chim approving the theory.

"But we don't have any proof" eomma stated. "Then we have to find it" replied kook standing up. "Wait guys" eomma called. "What's wrong?" Asked Yoongi. "If the enemy is targeting Tae" they will come at us since we are close to him" eomma explained hesitantly.

"Then we have to meet in secret and Tae" you have to  go into hiding and we also have to hide ggukkie" suggested appa. "But why ggukkie?" I asked confused. "

Because he already knows that you have a child and he knows how much you love him so he will come after him" explained chim sighting. "We can leave him with my parents and the rest of you pack your bags we are leaving" said kook.

"Wait where?" Aksked eomma. "We all have to go into hiding and tell each person who knows you to pretend that they don't know you, also we will erase ggukkie existence" said kook.

"Wait how?" I asked. "We will say that my parents didn't approve of you and threw and your child out of their house, we will also make it look like that we had an argument" explained kook."Then let's start packing" I said smiling.

"But wait why do we have to hide?" Asked Yoongi hyung confused. "Because I am pretty sure that the enemy has collected information about all of us since we all are very close and they will know I will never leave Tae no matter what" explained kook.
