Kat knew she had to do the task. She started with the dishes. Her mom sat back, laughing. Holding the knife. Kat looked at all the fucked up things that happened in life, Its turning on her. She got done the dishes. "I guess it took forever, she's asleep." Kat said, whispering.
She tip toed into her room. She sat in her bed, looking at the night window. She grabbed her phone, and watched some tiktok. "At least there funny.." Kat said, in her head.
She was not far from the ground, yes there's steps. But it can come in handy. Just as she was about to go to bed, she heard her mom. She slowly said "Hey bitch~". Kat felt shivers down her spine. She made a blanket rope.
" I hope this works" she thrown the rope down, and she climbed down. Just as she hit the ground she heard her mom running into her room. "FUCK YOU BITCH" her mom said, looking out the window. Kat thought she was safe, until she heard footsteps down the steps to the front door.
Kat ran for atleast 10 mins. Track really does come in handy. She called her new friend, Glory. "Glory pick up, glory PICK UP" She said, dialing her phone. Some how her mom caught up. Man her moms fast. She ran with her phone in her hand. "Wassup?" Glory said, on the phone.
"MY MOM HAS A KNIFE" Kat said, getting out of breath.
"What?!" Glory said.
"Im running! Where's your house" Kat said, knowing she doesn't live far.
"im at ________" Glory said, telling her address.
"thanks! Don't hang up" Kat said, still running.
She ran another 4 mins when she made it to Gloy's home. "What's going on sweetie?" Glorys mom said. Kat was crying. "My mom so has a weapon, she's trying to kill me!" Kat said, trying to get inside. Gloy's mom looked serious. She let her in and shut the door. "Go hide sweetie." Gloy's mom said.
Kat hid inside a closet with Glory.

Gloy's mom heard a knock, she tried to act natural. "hi! Is there something you need?" Gloy's mom said.
"Have you seen my daughter?" Kats mom said.
"No? Why" Gloy's mom said.
"nothing! She's lost!" Kats mom said.
Gloy's mom shut the door on her face. She looked pissed. "Sweetie, you can stay here for as long as you need. Go rest" Gloy's mom said.
