'I don't wanna do this',
I said to myself before taking a deep breath, I slowly opened the door to the Ops Centre and made my way. Nobody looked at me at first as they were half way through a briefing,
'glad you could make it y/n',
Izzy said slowly turning around to face me. Her eyes widened as she saw me with a sling,
'what the hell is that?!',
Izzy yelled slightly concerned, I shut my eyes slightly before smiling at Izzy awkwardly,
'a new fashion accessory?',
I said somewhat querying myself, the team looked back at me, Izzy shook her head at me,
'y/n what happened?',
Jace asked extremely concerned standing up, he quickly walked over to me, I smiled softly at him,
'I fell that's all',
I said avoiding eye contact with Jace as I knew he would be able to tell that I was lying. I looked towards Izzy and she was still shaking her head at me,
'everybody clear the Ops Centre!',
Izzy yelled, I realised that she was talking to everyone but me. I slowly walked over and sat on the couch,
'Jace do you want me to be the one to yell at her or would you like to do?',
Izzy asked gritting her teeth slightly. Jace folded his arms,
'I think I can do this one',
Jace said, Izzy nodded her head and slowly walked out of the room. Jace quickly walked over towards me and sat down next to me,
'baby what the hell happened?',
Jace asked looking at me extremely concerned, I smiled at him slightly,
'you are such a softie, did you say you would talk to me just so I wouldn't get yelled at?'.
