"Are you almost done Steph" Isabella asks as she comes to my room

"I'll be done in like 5 minutes " I say as I plug in my hair straightener

Today is prom day and we never got to go back in highschool so this is like a dream come true for us, after 5 minutes I walk out of my bathroom and into my room

"Wow you look so pretty Steph" Isabella says as she looks me up and down

" Oh stop it you look better than me honestly" I say as she raises her eyebrows slightly " should we go outside to wait for them?" I ask as I put on my heels

"Who's your date to prom Steph?" She ask as I text Jack

"It's jack" I say softly

Isabella knows how my relationship with Jack is when he would do something to me I would always come home and she would be there for me she the only person I tell about all this no one else knows how it really is.

"You have to break up with him Steph he's bad for you" She says as she looks at me and comes a step closer to me

I look at her and say " I can't do that to him"

"Steph,yes you can he can't do anything to you  th only reason you don't want to do it is cause your scared of how he'll react to it." She says as she hugs me tightly

" Yea I guess but what if he plans to do something after the whole break up l" I shrug

I hear a knock on the door and as I begin walking to go open it someone just steps in

"Hello guys" Jesse says

I've known Jesse my whole life our moms are best friends ever since they were in highschool and when they were in their junior year of college they met our dads and had us their senior year of college so we basically grew up together since our moms got pregnant at the same time

"You shouldn't just walk in the house like that" I say as I nod my head

"Well I'm not a serial killer but if I was u guys should just lock your door and then I won't walk in like that" he shrugs as I keep on nodding my head

I hear another know on the door and I yell come in as they are already inside

"Oh hey Jack" Jesse and Isabella say in unison as I just look at him waiting for him to tell me hi or something

"Should we head out" I say as I walk over to the door grabbing my keys as Jesse looks at his watch

"Yea we should start to head out before there's a big line over there" he says as he walks over to door

I open the door to my car as jack tells me to get in his car

I quickly go over and Isabella comes and tells me to tell her anything that happens when we get there as jack starts the car

The ride was silent until we got to a red light and I asked him" why were you ignoring me when u came in the house?" He doesn't say anything and just keeps on ignoring me

We get there and he grabs my wrist squeezing it tightly " Jack you're hurting me " I say as I try to get out " what did you tell them?" He ask "I didn't tell them anything I promise" I say as he lets go of me getting out of the car

I get out the car a couple of minutes after he gets out and I run inside heading to the bathroom my eyes stinging and tears ready to come out Isabella comes in the bathroom right after I get in and she immediately hugs me not asking anything

A couple of 10 minutes pass by and we decide to go out and find Jesse and once we find him I go straight to him and wrap my arms around him tightly and he does the same

"What happened?" He ask as he lets go of me and I pull away and don't tell him anything
as I walk over to jack

" I wanna break up with you" I yell over the blaring music " excuse me what?" He says as he grabs my wrist " I want to break up with you jack " I say again as he begins to squeeze my wrist

"Is this some kind of joke because it's really funny" he laughs

" Jack in being serious you aren't nice to me and don't show me real love you always hit me and do other stuff to me and I have feelings as well" I say

Jesse comes over and pushes jack away from me and jack quickly punches him in the face and Jesse gets up and does the same thing to him they get into a fight and about 10 people had to split them up

I drive home with Isabella and Jesse. Isabella is driving and Jesse is in the passenger seat while I'm in the back looking out the window " did you finally break with him?" Isabella asks as we stop at a red light" yea finally " I say as I take a deep breath
