9. A Sheltered Home

The autobots, humans and Maximals made their way to a Peru village full of humans that spoke in a Peruvian language, and it seemed like a place known to the Maximals "this is Amaru, he and his family are the last descendants of a tribe that has watched over us for hundreds of years. When we arrived, they shared their world with us. And together we protected its people, and our secret" Primal said as a young village human uncovered the second half of the transwarp key from a blanket cover "you allied with humans" Optimus realised "we did" Primal corrected "if you give us this key, tomorrow I will light the beacon and bring Scourge to us" Optimus said "the Maximals have already sacrificed one home to protect the universe. I won't risk losing another. As a leader, I know you understand" Primal said making Optimus shoot a concerning glance towards Zarina and she the same way.

That Evening

Zarina was using some things she found from the jungle and started to craft and focus on building a bow for herself with multiple sharp sticks to represent arrows, she managed to also find strings from the village in case the string she was using ever snapped "Optimus, Zarina, come. I want to show you something" Primal said startling Zarina after carving some sort of strange symbol on her bow "come on, Zarina" Optimus said "coming!" she said trotting off behind them.

They ventured to Bumblebee's lifeless body that laid on a rock "your friend will find peace here" Primal said as Optimus stroked the rock Bumblebee laid on and it showed cracks of blue "this is raw Energon" Optimus said "the valley is rich with it" Primal said "could this revive bee?" Optimus said "I'm sorry, but in this state, it is inert. It would take a great power to ignite it. Greater than anything we have here" Primal said "I see that you are surprised we entrust the key to them" Primal said "Yes, I am" Optimus admitted "I've been amongst them for a long time now. There is more to them than meets the eye. They are worth saving" Primal said.

Zarina yawned and leaned on the rock bee laid on looking tired until Optimus eventually picked her up with his bear hand and let her rest in his palm "I see how you treat this child. You treat her like your own and not like the other humans. It is unusual but I do see a bond between you" Primal said "perhaps your right. She is young and innocent, yet to know the dangers of this world. However, she leans to me like a father figure" Optimus said "perhaps she needs that. Be the one she looks up to, it is your choice" Primal said gazing at the young human.

Overtime, Zarina was deep in sleep but she couldn't get away from the dream she had on the way to Peru:

Her Dream

She found herself in same location in an open area of Cybertron and saw the same Cybertronian she saw in her last dream "the guardians call, it is the only way it will end" she said making Zarina quite scared "get out of my head!" Zarina yelled before the ground started to shake.
