I have been in Russia for at least two days now and still nothing. I let my fist collide with the man's face one last time, what was left of it anyways, he had taken so many blows you wouldn't even be able to identify him anymore.
"Tom, stop." I looked back at my brother, his face twisted with fear and disgust at what he was having to witness once again. I shook out my hand, a little sore from all the beating and backed off from the man tied to a chair.
I took out a smoke, placing it between my cracked lips and lighting it. I inhaled the smoke and let it fill my lungs with its warmth.
"Why'd you do that? He's getting what he deserves." I said to my brother as he stood over by the wall, placing his back against it.
"We've been here long enough, he doesn't know anything, you've completely beaten him to a pulp, don't you think he would've spoken by now?" He said as he shook his head "You're getting too out of control, you need to give it a rest, there's no point, he's unconscious." His words angered me, I was sick and tired of hearing him beg me to stop, I was sick of it.
"Hey there's nothing in the off-Holy shit. Tom what the fuck man?" Anna hissed, holding her gun out while Tate carried a briefcase. "He deserved it"I replied back coldly.Anna rolled her eyes."Yeah well, this Tulio guy had some shit about the Romanos. Actually he works with them," Tate said, tossing the briefcase at me.
Opening the suitcase I looked inside."Samanatha Jones,Ruby Evan's,Claudia Crofton..." All those girls yet none of them were mine."Him and Jose did a girl trade, he used to have 6 girls he gave three to Jose though and 3 to Julian,"
"Which girls did he give to Jose?" Gustav asked from behind me."Their pictures of who they were given to were marked at the bottom.Ember St.James, Kirsten Monroe, Myra Humpfrey were given to Jose while the others were given to Julian."
It made me sick to think of what she has been through.Made me sick to think about my wife."What else is in the briefcase Tom?"My brother asked."Pictures and files of the girls," One file quickly caught my attention.
Picking it up I opened it."Is that Deena?"Bill was quick to ask."What did they do to her?!" Bill snarled."Apparently she's getting transferred," Bill kicked over a chair."Fuck!"Bill screamed."Hey calm down, we don't know that for sure,"Anna said, trying to reassure Bill.
Bill was dragging in long trembling breaths."It's okay, we're going to find them,"Blaire said.Blaire from Tulio, eyeing him carefully as if he was gonna wake up.
"You good Blaire?" Tate coaxed.Closing the briefcase, I handed it to Anna."Go put that in the car, will you please Anna?" I asked.Anna nodded before stalking out of the room.
I sighed before turning to the gang."Well we can mark him off the list." I said."I don't understand, if he's a sex trafficker and has girls? Then where does he keep them?" Georg said.
"Gotta be someplace he owns, like a safe house where he keeps them," Gustav added."Tate, go back in the office and see what buildings he's owned."I coaxed.Tate nodded before quickly leaving the room.
Collapsing down to my knees I let out a frustrated
groan."I should've started searching for these bastards four years ago,"I said."You did, You've been searching for these monsters for years but only problem you didn't Madeleine and Tadhg was alive until a couple days ago," Georg said."I should've done more though, I should've killed them the night Madeleine and Tadhg "died", Jesus how could I be so stupid," I mumbled."Hey! You're not stupid, you're brave enough to go after a whole mob," Blaire said trying to help.
I like to think her words were helping, unfortunately they weren't. Picking myself up, I turned to the group. "Let's head back to the hotel, we'll continue more tomorrow, understand?"
"We understand," Anna and Tate said in unison."Good, now let's head out." I coaxed, gesturing for them to follow.
