Tom and Vanessa tried to escape the hospital.

Vanessa didn't want to see Bill.
It wasn't Tom's fault that Bill went to the hospital he just wanted to see Vanessa to see if she was healing..

Vanessa changed her clothes.
And they went in the car immediately and brought Vanessa back home.
