Kay stays silent, holding back her cries. She doesnt want to end up being killed by this man. Anything can happen at such moment. She cant read whats in his mind. To keep herself calm and collected, kay tries to convince that everything wont go as far. He will stop, he will if she doesn't give the reaction he wanted.

But little does Kay's know. This maniac man is enjoying her fear. The man notices her watery eyes, but he doesn't care. His smile becomes even wider, he enjoys taking advantage of her vulnerability.

"What's wrong, Arithea? You look so cute with those tears in your eyes." He strokes her hair gently, his touch almost soothing despite his cruelty and his intention.

Arithea tries to take deep breaths, trying to calm her racing heart.

"You look scared," the man whispers against her ear, his words dripping with seduction.

"I like it when you're scared," he leans in and kisses her again, his eyes burning bright.

His touch is gentle and soothing, his tone smooth and seductive. He's enjoying her fear and vulnerability, and it seems like the more she tries to hide her fear, the more he enjoys it.

She wants it to stop, but she's too afraid to say anything.

Suddenly she feels his hands is getting to somewhere inappropriate. She doesn't know what struck her but she finds the strength to push him away.

"S-Stop!" She yelled terrified

"Do-dont ever think about it" she growled at him with hatred

The man stunned. He is okay with her being scared and vulnerable. But to receive such hatred stares from her kinda makes him feels bad.

The man looks surprised and slightly hurt at her sudden push and her expression of hatred towards him.

He steps back and turns to face Arithea. She's standing in front of him now, her eyes filled with hatred. She's trying to act tough, but her heart is still pounding in her chest.

"What's gotten into you, little Arithea?" the man asks, his voice dripping with sadness. "Don't you like me anymore?"

She doesn't respond, not knowing what to say now. She can still feel his warm breath against her neck, her body still trembling.

Kay takes a deep breath finding her strength before saying her heart out. She faces away, all of her hardwork of compiling her strength would just washed away if she faces him.

"If you're here for closure. Do it. I rather have you kill me than disrespecting me like that." She said with both arms hugging herself as if trying to protect her body from his touches.

"But... let me die as Kairis, not-... not Arithea"

The man frowns. She prefers death? Why? And whats up with this name thing. What is up actually with her. All this things she said makes him even curious about the reason behind it. What had happened to her in the past that makes her the way she is now?

The man looks confused at Kay's words, her refusal to look at him as she says them. His eyes scan her body again, noticing how she's hugging herself and how she seems to be trying to protect herself from his touch. She seems so tiny and vulnerable as she stands in front of him.

His curiosity peaks, wanting to know more about Kay. He steps closer and places a gentle hand on her shoulder, forcing her to turn and face him.

"Tell me, Arithea ..." he asks softly, his voice dripping with kindness, "Why do you prefer death over this?"

Kay stays silent. She dare not to look at him. There's a subtle shift in his tone, his expression goes serious and he's no longer smiling.

The man stares at Kay, his eyes glinting darkly. He walks closer, he lifts his left hand and gently caress her chin before lifting it up to make her face him. He leans down to her level.
