I woke up at 6.00 am in the morning ready for the Miami grand prix. I got out of bed and ordered some coffee to my room to get me started. Whilst I waited for my coffee I check my socials and answered some messages. I got my coffee and enjoyed it outside whilst looking at the amazing view. After I drank my coffee I went back inside and started getting ready for the day. I took a nice long shower, then got dressed and did my hair and some light makeup. After that ellie old me we had a meeting/ breakfast thing so we got our stuff and we left.

We went to the track and went to the motor home and started the meeting in which we talked about stracedy, safety and all other things. After the meeting I had a few interviews and things to film with charles so I did that and by the time I was doe it was time for lunch. I went to the cafeteria and got myself something light and whilst I was eating lando messaged me.
LN: Hey, where are you haven't seen you all day. I miss you.
Y/N: I miss you too doe, I have been busy today.
LN: Calm down before the race. Fun fact its our first race as a couple.
Y/N: Yeah, I know. Lets make a bet. If I do better we have to get a dog.
LN: Interesting, interesting. If I do better you have to move in with me.
Y/N: OK, deal.
I then heard ellie call me so I finished up my food and went to my drivers room to get ready for the race. I put on my suit and did some streching and a warm up then we had to go to the track so we start setting up everything. We had a few minutes before the anthem so I went to try and fin lando. He was next to his car talking to his engineer. I walked up to him and when he saw me he lit up. I gave him a hug and then pulled away and gave him a kiss. We talked for a bit then we went to the national anthem. After that we went to our cars and started getting ready for the race. I was starting from 5th position and I knew I could do well, in front of me was serio Perez and behind m was Fernando Alonso. At the moment they where in a rivalry so I was in the middle of them. Th crew got off the track and we did our formation lap then... the race started and we drove off. I got a good start managing to keep my pace and skipping Sergio. I kept my position for most of the race. I had just pit and was going to be in the middle of Sergio and Alonso again. They have been fighting all race and as I got into the position and tried to take 4th back as I was about to get it Alonso started pushing onto me not leaving any space and then he hit my rear wing and his front wing got under my car ending me flying into the air. I was so scared at that moment I didn't know what to do. My car hi the barriers and my head hit the halo and I stared to get dizzy. All of a sudden I blacked out.
I wake up and find a bunch of people trying to get me out of the car. My vision was fuzzy and I couldn't make up faces. I kept hearing my name but I couldn't respond, so I tried moving my legs. As I tried to lifting it it felt like it was shattering and I let out a loud scream. Thy put me in an ambulance and 2 people got in with me. One of them came next to me and as he was abut to start talking, I blacked out again.
I woke up to a bright light and a room I don't remember being in. I looked down at my leg and saw that it was in a cast. I then looked to my side and saw mick, ellie and lando sleeping in the chairs they were sitting in. A nice looking lady then walked in and gave me a smile.
DR: Good morning MS Schumacher. Welcome back.
As the others heard my name they all got up and came next to me . Lando came next to me and gave me the biggest longest hug ever and when he pulled away I saw that he was crying, all of them where.
Y/N: Why are you crying baby.
LN: Because that son of a bitch hurt you really bad and I hate seeing you like this.
Y/N: I dont remember much only that I hit something then I blacked out.
LN: Fernando was trying to fight Sergio and instead of trying to back of since you where in the middle he kept pushing and pushing until his wing got under your and it sent you flying. You hit the barriers and the race was cancelled. You had a concussion and umm...a broken leg. They did surgery on your leg but now you have umm how many weeks of recovery doc?
DR: 6 weeks of recovery then another 3 physical therapy. This means you cant drive for 6 weeks but if you feel better after the 6 weeks you ca drive but you still have to do physical.
Y/N: 6 weeks that's a long time not driving. It will put m back in points.
DR: At this point your wellbeing is more important than your job. I will give you all some time alone.
The doctor left and I just started balling my eyes out. Lando sat down next to me and comforted me and I just held him close to me and didn't let go. Mick then sat don next to me and tok my hand in his.
MS: Y/n you need to be strong ok, remember what dad use to tell us when we where young ' You get hurt, get better then keep going' Keep that in mind sis.
They talked to me for a while and then ellie and mick went to the hotel to pack lando and I bags. The doctor told me I have to stay here for another week and hen I could fly back to Monaco. Lando was going to stay with me and fly back with me since he didn't want to leave me. I then remember on the bet we made.
Y/N: Babe, you technically one the bet we made.
LN: Is the bet still on since it wasn't fair for you.
Y/N: Yeah, for sure you wone, which means I have to move in with you. Do you still want me too?
LN: Actually I have another Idea, that house is my rental since right know I am building my house. I taught I could move in with you and you could help me design our ew house, what do you think.
Y/N: Our new house?
LN: Yeah, if you want to.
Y/N: I would love to.
He then leaned in and gave me a kiss, then cuddled up next to me stroking my head. It relaxed me so much that I fell right sleep.
