Well what a way end the day, firstly creepy that he knows my surname .hayii where does grey eyes know me from ? Did we perhaps work together but i would know that though or was he a client ?. I have to find out.
I get home take off my bra and heels before anything else , the relief has me sighing. I lock everything and pass out with just my underwear on .
Ever had a deserving peaceful sleep the one where you wake lost confused like you are disoriented,Yeah that's how i woke up made the bed then I showered.
Did my skincare routine got dressed in a cute black pant suit with a white tank top paired it with 3inch block heel. Went downstairs to make breakfast one thing about me i can't start my day without something to bite on. After eating I drove to work first .
I got to my office to get a couple of files and also I have to go with a junior to court so they could learn more about being a lawyer. I tell zinzi to alert the kid who is going with me to court to meet me upfront .
I got to reception to meet up with the kid I don't even know who is it so i go to nothando to ask if she know who the person is.
Me:"hey miss mam".
Nothando:" hey girl how are you?".
Me:"good you?."
Nothando:"I am good, you busy these days neh cause mogal its been a while like uhlezi uyaphantsi phezulu.
Me:" kuningi and ngi one....uhm i am kind meeting someone a junior I am kinda chaperoning him/her to at court.
Nothando:"uh let me check the logs ".she started clicking on the computer "oh yeah it's says Dakalo makhasa".
Me:"Do you know where he might be?".
Nothando:"Yeah saw him go to the vending machine he should be around here".
Me:" oh ntate modimo I just had to baby sit ".
Nothando:"lol but here is ..... hey Dakalo (she tries to get his attention and she succeeds because he looks this way.)
Dakalo:"hii thando whats up".
Nothando:"hi miss molapo was looking for you ". As she says thing i morph my face into a strict manner,Just to show that i am not one to be played with and i don't like waiting on people.
Dakalo:"ohh miss molapo I was looking for you ".
I just stare at him I mean who is he fooling? not me .
Me:"let's just go".we walk out to the parking bay in silence cause wow. On the way to court I update him on whats going to happen and what to expect. And shem wa mamela and with understanding he also asks questions where it's necessary.
After court i drive us back to work and we go to my office to discuss what happened in court but what i want is to see what had he learned.
Dakalo:"that was awesome!!. I mean like its not like tv court drama but still awesome".
Me:"Yeah ,so tell me what did you observe?".
Dakalo:"well both parties presented facts and substantial evidence also as much as you prepare to stand for someone you ought to be ready for anything . Like today you and the opposition stood your ground and presented but the judge ended up making the decision to re-evaluate the evidence so she can come to a conclusion that is fair.
Me:"okay can I see what you jotted down on your notes". I read his notes and shem he tried its not the best but he will get there eventually hape he still learning I won't pressure him rather I will tip him on certain things. As I am guiding him through this zinzi knocks and enters .
Zinzi:" sorry to disturb but mr van wyk is asking for your presence in his office ".
Me:"okay I will be there. Mr makhasa I hope you have learned from your mistakes .familiarise yourself with rulings of the court and being professional. So next time when i say nine a.m i mean it.
Dakalo:"yes mam and thank you mam".
Me:" You may leave".
He left while sat down with a sigh lord have mercy this is such a long day. After a while i went to the big boss I wonder what's up yhoo i hope he isn't assigning me to anything cause from tommorrow which is friday I am on leave and i am planning to go home to see my parents.
I walk in and i see mr van wyk
Me :"afternoon mr van wyk how may I be of service ".
Van wyk:"hello miss M well I know you will be leave for the next week's so i was hoping that you would meet my son".he said that pointing at the far corner of his office where the mini lounge is situated . Guess who its grey eyes wait grey eyes is mr van wyk's son,I mean it now makes sense of how he knows my me. Not gonna lie he looks handsome and the fit he is wearing....he has on a navy blue 3 piece suit ting going on with a white crisp shirt and brown oxford shoes. He walks towards me and shakes my hand making me pull out of my observation of him.
Van wyk:"miss M this is my son that will be taking over Jonathan van wyk and Jonathan this is miss molapo.
Jonathan:"hello miss molapo very much pleased to meet you".
Me:"Glad to officially meet you mr van wyk".
Jonathan:"hoping to work with you in future".
Me:"sure welcome to the firm mr van wyk " honestly I like working alone I feel like its more sufficient for me but in life you don't always get what you want.
Jonathan:"thank you and please call me Jon ".
Me:"okay Jon".
Van wyk:" miss M I just wanted you guys to meet before you go on your leave".
That makes sense but honestly can't wait to go home its been a while since its Thursday today tommorrow i will be shopping and making sure that i pack everything.
I left mr van wyk's office i go to my floor to make sure i leave everything to the relevant people i don't want calls regarding files or anything related to such hence why the past few weeks I have been pushing to finish paperwork and attending meetings back to back .I want to enjoy my peaceful life without worrying about work.
Next day....
Friday morning came through I woke up did my morning routine ,made my bed .I blast music so i could get through cleaning hayiii ke kgatetse
I have been cleaning since 08:00 a.m its 10:07a.m my house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom (one of them is my main bathroom the other is sharing with the 2 bedroom) a living room ,kitchen and a dining area. The garage is a double door type situation, I can also enter the house through the door that is connected to the garage. So from garage to kitchen its much easier than walking all the way to the main door.
I take a quick shower and get dressed in skinny jeans that shape my waist and thighs in a manner that i like , i pair it with a white thick vest . I let my braids loose I wear my black and white low dunks .
In my closet I look for my school bag type LV bag I throw all i need in there . I get downstairs take the BMW keys and drive off to the mall . I shop for my place and home cause knowing me i won't have time to shop,I shop at checkers and pick ń pay for veggies spices etc but my junk food is always all the way to Woolworths food.
When I am done I go to Woolworths food to purchase my addictive vanilla chocolate ice cream and other junk food.
