Pope's pov
12:01 pm

I was in my room with Madi in front of the mirror getting ready.
"Hey isn't that my blush?" Madi says picking up the purple blush.
"Maybe" I say smirking. Madi was about to speak when Nick walked into the room.
"Madi come here for a sec" he says
"Nick I'm literally getting ready right now no" she says not moving from her place. Nick grabs her by the arm and pulls her out of the room as she screams telling him to let her go but he didn't listen. I ignored them and continued doing my makeup in peace.

Chris's pov

I was in the kitchen minding my own business when Nick appeared grabbing a screaming Madi with him. I look at them with a confused look.

"Alright, listen you two, I have a plan" Nick says
"What fucking plan and what the hell do you want from me I wanna go back in Pope's room" Madi says clearly annoyed
"Okay but just hear me out, okay. Chris you like Pope right?" Nick says and I just stare at him in shock
"What the hell are you saying man, I don't like Pope" that was all I could get out
"Oh c'mon don't act all clueless I know you like her and I have a plan" Nick says proudly
"Alright fine yes I like her but you can't tell anyone"
"But you gotta tell her eventually tho right?" Madi joins the convo
"Of course not, I can't do that to Nate"
"So Nate's your problem? That's easy we'll get his blessing, HEY NATHAN COME DOWN HERE" Nick screams calling for Nathan.
"What the hell are you doing, Nate can't know no one's gonna know okay?"
"I can't know what?" Nate says confused as he walked in the kitchen
"You either tell him or I will" Nick says looking at me.
"No- what- no I'm not telling anything and you're not gonna tell him anything"
"Tell me what exactly? What the hell is going on" Nate says extremely confused, he can't know.
"Chris likes Pope" Nick blurts out
"No- I don't like her I mean- eh oh god" I stutter on my words not knowing what to say.
"Hold on, you actually like her?" Nate says. I try to read his expressions but fail miserably.
"Well, fine yes I like her okay?"
We stay in silence for a minute until Nick breaks it.
"Okay now that everything is clear I have a plan to get these two together, so-" I cut him off by speaking.
"I'm not gonna tell her Nick"
"Wait what? Why not" Madi says with a sad voice
"I'm not gonna do this to Nate"
"Do what?" Nate says clearly confused
"You're my best friend Nate, and she's your sister" I explain to him
"And since I'm your best friend I know you and I know you'll be good to her" he says
"Wait- really? So you're okay with this"
"Yea of course I am man" he says and I hug him warmly, this moment meant a lot to me.
"Okay enough emotions I wanna tell my plan" Nick says ruining the mood
"Okay go ahead I'm listening" Nate says invested. I was actually really relieved at that moment.
"Okay so, when we go out today we're gonna make these two idiots sit next to each other in everything and then at the end of the day we'll go to the park and get on the Ferris wheel and put the both of them in the same cart and then Chris tells her, so what do we think"
Nick explains
"Why is that a surprisingly good idea" Madi says.
"You know what? Let's do it!" Nate says.
"Wait really? I feel like this sounds a bit crazy" I say still hesitant
"Chris, don't worry about it, you tell her and I'm pretty sure she likes you back" Nate says in a reassuring tone
"Okay, fine let's do it"
"YAS THAT'S THE SPIRIT! Now gimme my 20 bucks Madi" Nick says opening his hand to Madi
"You bet on us?!" I say

"Technically, we bet on you, Nick said you liked her I said you didn't" Madi explains.
"Okay gimme my money now" Nick says opening his hand to Madi more. She groans and gives him his money as he giggles happily and I just stand there giving them weird looks.

"We're readyyy" I hear Penelope screaming while coming in the kitchen with Matt following her behind probably ashamed
"I did Matt's makeup too, isn't he prettyyy" she says grabbing both of his shoulders and holding him like a proud mom. God she was so happy, she was perfect. Sometimes I wish I could just grab her face with my hands and kiss her stupid face, I think I'm even in love with her.
