I helped Obi Wan carry Padme into the ship, she was unconscious still. We laid her down on the medical bed, and she woke up saying "Oh Obi Wan, is Anakin alright?" Then she closed her eyes again while Obi wan rubbed her forehead. I came into the room.
"She asked about you Anakin." Obi Wan said concerned.
"Padme.." Anakin said softly.
Padme opened her eyes gently and said "Anakin?"
"Yes it's me Padme.. I'm here with you now and I'll never let you go again"
Anakin grabbed Padme's hand and held it as she smiled at him and he smiled at her.
"I think the baby is coming" a medical droid said as it walked into the room.
Before you knew it, a baby was born, then two.
"We have twins Padme.." Anakin said proudly.
Padme smiled as she held Luke, and Anakin did the same as he held Leia.
It was a happy ending for them.
