Weapons of Destiny

Wu woke up from the fall he took and took a look at the surroundings.

"Hmm, The Underworld." He said to himself grabbing the Sword of Fire.

Everywhere he looked he saw skeletons atroling the place. Wu wrapped the Sword of Fire in a cloth and snuck his way toward the main palace where Garmadon was.

Meanwhile back in Ninjago, Cole, Jay, Zane, and Coral had made it to the Fire Temple. 

"Kai!" Coral yelled.

"Sensei!" Cole shouted.

"The Sword of Fire was here, as well as our friends but I only sense loss. We are too late." Zane said. "The elemental weapons have left this realm and are now in the underworld. The end isdrawing near."

"Ugh great, the one place no mortal can cross over." Cole said sitting down.

"We might not be able to cross over-" Kai's voice came out of nowhere and then the fire temple opened up to reveal him and Nya on the fire dragon. "-but a dragon can!" 

"Ahh!" Cole screamed and hid behind pillar due to his fear of dragons.

"Our father use to tell us stories about the dragons." Nya said. "They were mystical creatures that belonged to both worlds buried between them."

"Are you insane?!" Cole asked.

"Once he realized we were trying to protect the Sword of Fire, he actually became quite a softy." Kai explained just as the dragon nuzzled him. "Knock it off." 

Nya giggled and Jay said something that was unheard because of his lost voice.

"He can't talk, but he wants to know if you like blue." Coral said.

"It's my favorite color." Nya answered.

"Yes!" Jay said weakly.

Kai shook his head unamused and turned to Nya. "Nya?" He asked.

"This is goodbye isn't it?" Nya said and Kai nodded. "Come back to me in one piece. I don't want to have to run the store on my own."

"I promise I won't be gone long." Kai said hopping on the fire dragon.

"I'll keep a candle lit outside our shop until you return." Nya said.

Jay, Zane, and Coral hopped on the fire dragon as well but Cole stayed behind the pillar.

"Uhh, you guys go on ahead, there's not enough room for all of us on that thing." He said and the dragon turned to him like it was offended.

"You're right Cole, but I got a way to fix that." Kai said.

The next thing that happened Cole was riding on the earth dragon from the caves of the despair.

"Easy, not so fast." He said to the dragon clinging to a pole.

The other ninja were also riding their own dragons from the places where they got the golden weapons.

"This is awesome!" Coral shouted.

"Yes, this is quite fun." Zane agreed.

"So how do the dragons cross over to the underworld?" Cole asked.

"I think we're about to find out!!!" Kai yelled.

Next thing you know the dragons all did a dive bomb and spun so fast that they looked like a rocket ship reentering to earth with all the ninja screaming as the flew into the ground.

"Is it over?" Cole asked eyes closed.

Hardly, I hope these dragons know what they're doing." Kai answered.
