Nobody knows the dead kids are dead except Finney and this the incident happened when Finney was 15 btw
Finney:
After I killed the grabber, I've been experiencing survivors guilt. (Survivors guilt is a mental disorder where survivors feel as if they were guilty for the people who didn't survive's death) I even hallucinate sometimes. One moment I swear I see Robin or Bruce, but nobody else can ever see them."Hey Finn," I swear I hear Robin say behind me. I turn around. I see an hallucination of Robin. "It's just a hallucination," I mumble to myself. "I'm not a hallucination, Finn," he says is a soft voice. "I'm going crazy," I mumble as a tear falls down my cheek.

After school, I walk home with Gwen. She's the only reason I'm still here."I'm gonna go to a friends house," she smiles as we reach out front door, "I just need to drop some stuff off."
"Okay," I respond, unlocking the door. I head up to my room. "Bye Finney! I'm leaving," she calls as I hear the door shut.
I head to the bathroom and quickly shower. I change into an oversized shirt.
I walk back to my bedroom with a loud sigh. I look over at my drawer. I open it and take out my razor.
"1 for Billy," I sigh, swiping the blade against my arm.
"2 for Griffin," I mumble, cutting 2 lines into my arm.
"3 for Vance," I press the blade against my arm 3 times.
"4 for Bruce," I add four more lines to my arm.
"And..," i pause, "5 for Robin," I add 5 more lines.
When I look up, I see all 5 of them. They all stay silent while staring at me.
"Finn, you promised," I hear Robin's apparition mutter.
