I was at home bored with the fridge empty, I was starving.
My parents were at Brazil for my grandpas funeral. The only reason I didn't go is because I was scared of flying, that means I'm stuck in the USA, great. Since I couldn't go, my brother Simon had to stay with me at home, he wasn't mad about it, he didn't want to go to the funeral anyways.
Me and my brother simon were twins, we're both 17 years old.
Simon said before leaving "Crystal I'm going to Alex's house, call me if u need anything!" I nodded.
I wanted to know who this Alex guy was, Simon went to his house 4 times this week! I planned to go with him the next time he goes.
After a week, Simon said he will go to Alex's house. Before he left I told him "I wan to come" "Why, you don't even know him" he said "Exactly my point, I want to meet him!" I replied. He thought about it before saying okay.
I went upstairs to my room.
I decided to go for the "not my best" look.

I went downstairs to find Simon eating. "What are you doing?" I asked "Eating lunch I'm hungry" he replied. So I joined him and started eating.
When we both finished eating. I went to the car. I waited 10 whole minutes for him to come!
He finally came and we went to Alex's house.
"Why are you so excited?" Simon asked. Thats when u realized he was right! I was excited and told him "No I'm not".
While we were on the way, Simon showed me pictures of Alex.
He was so hot. I felt underdressed! I told the driver to drive me back home to change.
Simon got mad, but I didn't care, My mission was to make Alex inlove with me.

Simon looked annoyed when I came back to the car.
On the way to Alex's house, Simon questioned me a lot but I kept telling him it was nothing.
We stopped for a cup of coffee.
Then I insisted in getting Alex a gift, Simon was mad since we were already late. But I dragged him to the mall.
I asked Simon what does Alex like. But Simon just said "why are you doing all of this?" "Oh no reason, why? Cant I be a good guest?" I said. He shrugged and we ended up getting him flowers.
On our way I felt nervous. I asked my self "what will I do?".
My mom called (the call) Mom: hey sweetie Me: hey mom Mom: Any plans today? Me: yes I'm going to Alex's house with Simon Mom: that's great, tell Simon to check his pockets! Me: why? Mom: bye honey Me: bye
"Simon mom says to check your pockets".
Simon checked his pockets as if he was expecting mom so say that.
He pulled out a piece of paper, I was surprised how did mom know what pants he was wearing and how did she put that paper?
I asked Simon "what's that?" He said it was nothing so I ignored it.
