On a rather overcast and somber Saturday, Minho couldn't shake the disquieting feeling that crept over him like a shadow. Whether he was out amidst the bustling crowds or taking refuge in the comfort of his own home, an unsettling sense of apprehension persisted, fueled by the distressing texts he had been receiving from unknown numbers. No matter how diligently he blocked the senders, the messages persisted, leaving him deeply perturbed and frustrated. Determined to put an end to this disconcerting episode, he took the cautious step of changing his phone number, hoping that severing any remaining connection to the harassers would bring him some relief.

During a well-deserved break from practice, Felix inquired about Minho's decision to change his number. Minho, with a tinge of anxiety in his voice, confided in his friend, "I've been receiving rather unsettling messages from unknown numbers, warning me to stay away from Jisung or face some dire consequences. Despite blocking every number, I thought it best to change my contact information."

Felix gasped in concern, "That's truly alarming! How long has this been going on?"

"Only a few days, Felix. I'm doing my best not to let it get to me; I have a hunch that it's probably just someone playing a sick prank," Minho replied, trying to reassure both Felix and himself.

Taking it upon himself to share the situation with their other friends, Felix's earnest concern for Minho's safety was evident. "Minho, you really should consider getting some security or something. This isn't something to be taken lightly," Felix urged.

Minho sighed, massaging his temples as he contemplated the feasibility of such a measure. "I understand, Felix, but securing funds for a bodyguard is a challenge. However, I won't rule out the possibility. If things escalate further, involving the authorities might become necessary," he said, his determination unwavering.

Seeking a respite from the distressing texts, Minho turned his focus to a recent interview he had attended at a quaint and charming cat cafe. The prospect of working there excited him tremendously - close proximity to his home, a respectable salary, and, most importantly, the joy of spending time with adorable feline companions.

With eager anticipation, Minho quickens his pace towards the charming cat cafe, the sound of the bell chiming as he steps inside brings an immediate sense of comfort. The sight of the cats, each with their distinct personalities, fills his heart with joy, and some of them come over to greet him with affectionate meows.

"Ah, how cute~" Minho exclaims, his eyes lighting up as he bends down to pet an orange cat that eagerly welcomes his attention.

As he regains his composure, Minho approaches the lady behind the counter, who seems to be enjoying her time with one of the playful feline companions. He offers a warm greeting, still catching his breath from the jog.

"Hi," he breathes out, his eyes crinkling at the corners as he smiles. The young woman perks up, turning to face him with a welcoming smile, and it's clear she recognizes him. "Lee Minho?" she asks, seeking confirmation. Minho nods, his smile growing, and he responds with a halved smile.

"I'm so glad you could make it! My name's Hyein. My mom runs this cafe, so I'm sort of like a helper here. I'm sixteen, so I'm too young to be hired officially," Hyein explains, rubbing her hands against the small apron she wears.

Minho chuckles, finding amusement in her words. "Ah, that makes sense. I was a little confused when I saw your appearance," he laughs lightly, the playful banter putting him at ease.

Hyein playfully pouts at being called out on her youthful appearance. "Alright, old man, follow me, and we'll start with your interview," she teases, leading him to a secluded cubicle. To his pleasant surprise, the orange cat from earlier follows closely behind, as if it has already claimed Minho as its friend.
