Kitten

"Miguell" I whined. He sighed "I'm sorry amor but I really don't want to take care of a kitten. My answer is final" he said washing a cup.

Right now I was sitting on the kitchen counter as Miguel did the dishes. For the past week I have been begging for a kitten but Miguel isn't a big cat person and he doesn't want to take care of one.

I groaned and shot my head back in frustration. "I promise it won't scratch ur eyes out thooo?" I soda hoping it would change his mind.

He finished the dishes and dried his hands now locking his eyes on mine.

"I love you so much but we aren't getting a cat" he said with a weak smile. "Bu-" I started but was cut off. "No buts!" He said putting his hands up in surrender and walking out of the kitchen.

I rolled my eyes and hopped of the counter stomping to the living room.

I sat on the couch pouting and going on my phone. Miguel turned on euphoria and put a blanket over our laps.

I see a cute vid of a orange kitten looking at the camera on a bed. I gasp. "Awwww Miguel look!" I say showing him the vid. He nods and looks at me. "Yeah and wait till it claws ur eyes out in ur sleep!" He said turning back to the tv with a smile.

I roll my eyes and go back on my phone. He lays down so that his head was in my lap. I kept scrolling threw tiktok. He groaned. "Touch my hairrr" he whined. I giggled and put down my phone putting my hands in his hair. He hummed in satisfaction.

I went to take out the trash but it was dark so Miguel wanted to cum.

I threw the trash in the dumpster and when we went to turn around there was a black kitty. I gasped. "Omgg Miguel look it!!" I whisper screamed.

"Yeah we should go I don't want rabies" Miguel went to grab my hand but I kneeled down so I could pet it.

"Y/n no you don't know we're that thing has been!" He said grabbing me by the waist making me stand again.

"But it's probably cold!" I said looking at Miguel sad and then turned my gaze to the kitten.

He sighed. "Come on hermosa it's late we should head inside" he said in a much softer sweeter tone.

I looked at him then the kitten and back at him. I nodded looking down heart broken. He grabbed my hand and we began walking back to the house.

I look back and see the kitten following us. I start to tear up.

I probably wouldn't be crying but I'm I started my period last night so the situation didn't help.

It was two days later and Miguel was off at the store getting me snacks for my period.

I was on the couch with my squish mellow that had Miguel's cologne on it, a heating pad on my lower stomach, listening to music, and reading fan fiction on wattpad waiting for Miguel to get back.

I here the door open meaning Miguel was here. "Babe close ur eyes!" He yelled. I giggled and closed them.

I hear foot steps coming towards me and then stop. "Ok open" I open my eyes and gasp.

Miguel was holding the black cat we saw the other night. "I took her to go get her shots and stuff and then I adopted her!" He said with a smile.

"Oh gosh" I said talking the kitten from his hands and putting it to my chest hugging it.

"Miguel I love you so much" I said pouting and looking at the cat and then Miguel.

He chuckled and sat next to me on the couch pecking my cheek.

"What are you gunna name her" Miguel said looking at me with a smile. I sighed looking at the cat trying to decide what to name the kitten."umm I'm gunna name her... Faye" I said petting the kitten.

"We can change it if you don't like it tho" I said looking at Miguel.

He chuckled. "No I love that name" he said kissing me on the lips.

I smiled. "Thank you so much for her" I said kissing the kitten's head.

"Ur welcome babe. It was worth it" he said patting my thigh and getting up. He went out of the room but then came back with a bag full of stuff.

He then sat next and handed me the bag. I looked in it and it had all of my fav snacks.

"Aww baby" I said cupping his face and planting another kiss on his lips.

He got comfortable on the couch pulling me and the kitten close to him. He then went on Netflix turning on the out laws.

I put my head on his chest as he put his hand in my hair massaging my head. And I put the kitten in my lap as it layed there watching the tv.
