Tony's POV
After parking the car, I picked up the girl and took her to my home doctor, she was bleeding so much, damn!

My heart stopped when I saw Manny with Elvira, he's still alive...
Elvira noticed me with the girl and said
"What happened Tony to Sofia? Why is she full of blood? Sofia, Sofia, Sofia open your eyes please..."
Elvira kissed Sofia's forehead as she continued to cry.
When I took Sofia to the doctor, I sat next to Elvira and asked her "who is Sofia, Elvira? Why is she so important to you?"

We can freely go and visit them.
Elvira and I hug each other and then go to see Manny and Sofia.

Manny's POV
Slowly I opened my eyes and saw that I was in hospital, thanks to Elvira who had come to get me otherwise I would have died.
I wonder how Tony and Gina are doing? My God, I miss Gina so much, her scent, her lips, her body, I miss everything about her.
I was interrupted from my thoughts when I heard the bedroom door open and close and saw in the doorway... Tony.
His tuxedo was covered in blood, he was sad and angry but when he saw me his face relaxed;
I was still angry about what he did to me, but seeing him in front of me still fucking alive, I couldn't be angry anymore.
He came closer to me, sat down in the armchair and said:
"Manny, my friend, how are you? If Elvira hadn't saved you, you would be dead, damn it! I wanted to apologize for what I did to you and Gina, but I was so angry that I didn't control myself at all, I missed you, chico, to see you still alive... my God...", he said all this in such a sad voice that it broke my heart.
"I'm fine Tony, thanks. Don't worry, it's over now. I'm also happy to see my best friend alive. What will you do with Sosa, Tony? Do you want to get back at him?"
"I'll kill him with my own hands, Manny. You have no idea what I'll do to him."

Sofia's POV
I was woken up by the noise that came from the instruments that were attached to the walls, I looked around and saw Elvira sitting next to me with her hand in mine.
When he saw me awake, he rushed towards me and hugged me.
"Ah Sofia, I thought I would never see you again, but thank God you are still alive", I asked her "How is Tony? His sister?" Elvira smiled and said "everyone is fine, thanks to you that they are alive".
I saw the tear come out of her left eye and I wiped it with my thumb, "don't cry Elvira, look, I'm alive", I removed the tears that had accumulated in her eyes "I can't lose you too Sofia, you are everything for me";
We smiled at each other until we heard a knock on the door.
"Come in", said Elvira, behind the door came Tony, with his splendor.
He smiled at me and walked towards us.
"Hey Sofia, are you better? I want to thank you for saving both me and my sister from those bastards", my heart stopped when he took my hand and caressed it.
"It's no problem Tony, I'm happy you and your sister are alive, that's what matters", he smiled at me and I smiled back.
"Now I'll let you rest, we'll see each other again", after finishing he kissed my hand and left the room with all his charm.
Elvira looked at me and then said:
"I think Miss Ferrari is in love with Montana"
I looked at her smiling and then hugged her again.
