Her back was killing her because of the same posture for the last twenty minutes.

Ally clearly needed to exercise more. But the real question was when? With what time?

After South America.

She was going to exercise after South America when she graduated, got a job she didn't like, and her form of physical strain was running away from her boss.

Yes. That sounded like a plan.

After deciding such a monumental choice, she shifted her position and restarted her studying session for another few minutes. Until some other part of her body started bothering her.

"Hey!" Nina said with a miniature smile as she entered the kitchen. Cole was trailing after her and shot Ally a wink.

He eyed the large pile of books and blinked. "You were seriously vetoed from the library?"

"No." Ally smiled.

"What are you doing in the kitchen then?" Nina asked, moving to the fridge to take out OJ. She poured it into her glass and took a large gulp. "Closer to snacks?"

Ally nodded. "Part of the reason. I have a test coming up and I need all the comfort food I can get."

"Hold on. Don't eat all the salt and vinegar chips," Cole said, moving to the pantry and rummaging through it until he found a bag.

Nina shot him a glare. "You know, the least you can do is buy the chips."

"You know, Nina Marie—"

"That's not my middle name, Nicholas. Not all female middle names are Marie or Jane."

"—Of course not. Allegra's middle name is Katherine. Allegra Katherine," Cole resumed and Ally shot a befuddled look to Nina because that was not her middle name either. Thankfully.

"Oh God." Nina closed her eyes and shook her head with an aggravated smile. "If you reproduce yourself, please find professional help to name your offspring."

"What? You are telling me Nicholas Federer Winston doesn't have a nice ring to it?"

"No, Cole," Nina protested.

"Of course not," Ally added with a chuckle. "What if it is a girl?"

"Nicoletta Federica Winston it is."

Ally snorted.

Nina shook her head, pinching the bridge of her nose. She threw her head back and hollered to the ceiling. "God, take him or I will send him to you."

Ally laughed and Cole rolled his eyes in a good manner. He opened the package of chips, took two, munched on them, and leaned over the counter.

"Now, Allegra Katherine, tell us the real reason you were vetoed from the library," He asked.

"I wasn't prohibited from entering."

"There's no other explanation for your presence here."

"I live here."

"No. Not plausible enough." Cole scrunched his nose and Ally giggled.

She actually needed to study for once. Those studying sessions with Federico as joyful and entertaining were inefficient too. She was planning on studying in her bedroom but then she got an unsolicited visitor.

"There's a cockroach in my bedroom," Ally confessed. She was waiting till the end of times for it to die, and then she'd get back in her bedroom. That was Plan A.

Plan B was waiting for Nina to arrive to kill the unsolicited visitor and then Ally would have to burn down the murder scene.

Plan A sounded easier.
