The hours felt like an eternity since Dino left to find Ghost, and I couldn't shake the worry that gripped my heart. The danger they could be facing weighed heavily on my mind, but I had to trust Dino's strength and determination. He was one of the few who could locate Ghost, and I clung to that thought for comfort.

Leaving my room, I gazed out at the mansion's expansive hallways adorned with luxurious wooden finishings. The heavy security measures, including multiple cameras and heavily armored guards, now stood out, reminding me of the precarious situation we were in. Yesterday's chaotic events had altered my perception, and I now realized the extent of Shepered's security.

As J asked about Dino's whereabouts, her father approached us with a stern tone, mentioning a job we had to do for him. "Dino left to go somwhere,I have no clue where he is," I replied, my voice tinged with concern hoping he wont ask where. Shepered stormed off with his guards, leaving me puzzled.

J explained that her father wanted us to do jobs as a way of repaying him for our stay, jobs that involved enforcing, even violence. "Killing, hurting, but mainly what we do," I added, trying to understand the situation. I was annayed since it reminded me of how we would be seen.

Her voice filled with annoyance as well, J continued, "Dad was thinking since we are well-versed in... um... enforcing, he wanted us to do jobs along those lines."

"10 K per job, and he'll provide whatever we need," she further explained, and I couldn't help but feel a little good about the offer. Ghost wouldn't approve of this, and I feared Ghost's reaction to this offer as it seems as if money should clear out mind to what we should do.

"I know Ghost won't be happy about this," I said, voicing my concerns. "Let's see what he says when he returns."

Just as J asked what I meant, we were interrupted by the familiar voices of Ghost and Dino outside. Racing outside, I witnessed Ghost's awe-inspiring display of force, taking down guards effortlessly. Dino held a knife to the throat of the largest guard, showcasing his skills and fearlessness.

Shepered demanded our attention, revealing a job we had to do - dealing with a Mexican man troubling his business. When Ghost refused to help, my fear paralised me and I pleaded with him on J's behalf.

"I am not helping," Ghost declared, and though his face was hidden, I could sense the vexation behind his mask. I felt an unfamiliar fear and unease, realizing that Ghost's turmoil ran deeper than we could comprehend.

Shepered prepared to leave for the job, but Ghost remained resolute in his decision. With a heavy heart, he departed again. I knew we had to convince him to join us; we were incomplete without him.

"There's no time to waste," Shepered said, taking charge. "Let's get ready, and I'll prepare the private plane."

As Shepered went about his preparations, Ghost retreated to the place he stayed, deep in contemplation. He donned his gear, the mask serving as an imposing reminder of his enigmatic presence. Determination sparked in his eyes, his instincts honed for the mission ahead.
