Felix's phone flashes on with a small buzz.
No one else was ever up this late. It was 12:42 am. Yet there it was, a notification, but from who? He hadn't messaged anyone since he said goodnight to his best friend.
He picked up the phone and squinted his eyes as he looked at the blinding screen, searching for who had made the phone buzz. There it was, a "friend accepted" notification from one of the many social media apps he was on.
"Holy shit," he paused in his tracks and sat straight up in his bed. So shocked that while he was frozen stiff his phone turned off. After a few seconds he forces himself to focus, he turns his phone back on. Squinting yet again due to the brilliance of the phone.
"WesleysS_031320 Accepted Your Friend Request"
