It's already 7oclock in the evening since nang inimbita kami ni Lord Argus sa kanilang piging sa Crimson Manor at naging maayos naman ang takbo ng selebrasyon, maayos din ang pakikitungo ng lahat samin, kakauwi lang din namin at dumiritso na ako dito sa Royal Garden para magpahangin. Habang dinadama ko ang malakas na simoy ng hangin ay naramdaman ko na may mga yapak na papalapit sa direksyon ko agad akong napalingon at bumungad sakin ang Emperor na may bahid ng ngiti sa kanyang labi.
"Your majesty, what are you doing here?".
"I just want some fresh air, Sister.....and please let's put aside the formalities..call me by my name as you used to".
I smirk a little. "ganun ba? Maximuer". Patawa kong sabi habang malakas na binanggit ang kanyang pangalan.
He chuckle. "Yes, Alessandria ganun na nga".
Nagtawanan kaming dalawa at tumabi ito sakin sabay tingin sa buwan.
"The moon is so bright tonight". He said.
Tumango ako. "Indeed".
"Do you remember when we were young we used to play hide and seek sa ganitong oras diba?"
Oh yes I do remember that time. Naalala pa Niya pala. I was very happy that time like all of my sadness were set aside as he approached me first to play with him, whenever I'm sad, mad or bored.
"Who would forget that joyful times". I said with a soft and gentle tone of voice.
"How I wished we could go back to the time where we don't need to meddle in the adults problems".
"Your right, but we can't". I said without any hesitation, But deep inside I really want to-----I desperately wanna go back, But we can't dahil wala naman kaming power o kahit anong mahika para ibalik ang dati.
"You were right, Alessandria".
"Let's just cut the crap about that Maximuer, ayokong makipag dramahan". Patawa kong sabi, dahil ayoko ring magka'iyakan pa kaming magkapatid.
"I missed them".
"Our mother and father?" Agad kong nakuha ang sinabi nito, I know he really missed them, So do I. I was thinking right now if kong maayos ba ang kalagayan nila sa mga oras na ito, at kung kailan SIla babalik.
"Yes".
I took a deep breath at tumingin sakanya, Napaka seryuso at mahinahon ng kanyang mukha habang nakatingin sa malayo. Napatingin ako sa paligid at may naramdaman na mali. Agad akong napatingin sa Malaking punong kahoy at agad na nasulyapan na may tao sa ibabaw na Naka kulay itim at may takip ang buong mukha, nagulat nalang ako ng bigla itong nagpalipad ng palaso, I immediately pushed my brother to catch the arrow but It was too late my hands were too late. The arrow was shot directly in my chest.
"Alessandria!".
Napahawak nalang ako sa kung saan nakatama ang arrow, at naramdaman ko rin ang sakit ng pagkakatama nito.
The guards instantly camed towards us, but they were late the man who was about to shot my brother was gone.
"Alessandria, damn it!" Agad akong nilapitan ng Emperor at hinawakan ang aking braso. "you were shot, why did you do that". Galit nitong sabi na may halong pag'aalala sa kanyang boses.
"Guards, search the whole place". Utos nito at agad Naman na sinearch ng mga guards ang paligid.
I closed my eyes as I've felt the arrow in my chest, agad kong kinuha ang nakatusok na arrow sa chest ko at tinapon sa lupa. "Urgh!" I groaned habang unti'unting tumutulo ang dugo mula sa sugat.
