First Kiss

~Death The Kid's P.O.V~

I was at a restraunt with Soul, Maka, and Black*Star.  We were at some kind of fondue place, which I didn't mind except that the place was completely asymmetrical. I know it was suppose to be really fancy, but I just could barely even stand a second in there. All the tables had odd number of seats, there weren't pictures next to each booth, and don't even get me started on the employees uniforms. But, at least the both we were sitting in was symmetrical, well at least I made it. I sat next to Black*Star and Maka sat next to Soul, of course. Soul and Maka had been dating for, I think about 5 months now. They were adorable together, their relationship seemed completely symmetrical. I mean, they fight some times but they can be so lovey dovey.

Today was Valentine's day, so Maka and Soul got the bright idea of bringing me and Black*Star with them on their date, for a 'double date'. What ever that is? But, I only accepted because I had nothing else to do, plus Liz and Patty were doing girly stuff with Tsubaki. So, when we got their Soul and Maka were being all lovey dovey. Soul had gotten Maka flowers and a necklace, which was really nice of him. Black*Star and I couldn't take so we sat a different booth from Soul and Maka, doing our own thing.

We both looked through the menu and sat in silence. I had noticed Black*Star had been hiding something in his suit, which I was surprised he wore. Black*Star and I agreed to get a fondue with beer cheese. I was iffy with it at first but once I dipped a chip in and tasted it, dear goodness it tasted better then a lot of things I've had.

"Hey, um Kid." Black*Star spoke up, breaking the silence.

"Yes Black*Star?" I looked at him with a questioning look on my face.

"Um, I got this for you." He reached into his suit and pulled out a rose and laied it on the table, right in front of me. "I thought you would like this, since its Valentine's day and I wanted to do something nice for you."

This didn't sound like the annoying Black*Star everyone knew, he actually sounded nice and not Black*Star. I just couldn't find words for how he was acting at this moment.

I blushed slightly and picked up and I noticed that everything about the rose was symmetrical. "Um, thank you Black*Star. That was very nice of you."

"Yeah don't mention it...." the blue haired boy said looking away, but he couldn't hid that blush that creeped onto his face.

A while after we finished the cheese fondue, and we were looking at the deserts then Black*Star got up then went an talked to one of the servers. When he came back he had a smile on his face. I looked at him confuse but he just smiled brightly at me. That boy had a plan, and I wish I knew how it was.

After a little bit, the server brought us our chocolate fondue, which was in the style of ying and yang. The server also put a few fortune cookies on the plate of fruits and sweets, which I organized to be symmetrical. I went to grab one of the fortune cookies, but the not so quiet assassin grabbed my hand, which made me blush. I looked at him and tilted my head to the side.

"We'll open them on our way out." The assassin said with a smile.

"Um....ok," I said pulling my hand away.

About an hour later, we were all done with everything and Black*Star actually payed this time. We walked out of the restraunt and down towards my house. The blue haired assassin would not let me open the fortune cookies yet. We had small chat while we were walking to the house. I kept trying to get him to let me open the fortune cookie, but nope, he kept telling me to wait. Why am I listening to him anyways? Well, I actually don't know. We walked all the way to my front door and we talked for a few minutes, and the sun was starting to set.

"Ok now you can open those fortune cookies now." Black*Star said. I actually felt more excited then I have before. "Read them out loud please."

"Ok." I opened the first one and read it. "Happy Valentine's Day Death The Kid."

I looked at Black*Star and smiled then he said. "Well open the next one."

I opened the next one and read it. "And if you wouldn't mind, before this night ends, can I steal alittle something."

I looked at him confused then he put both his hands on either of my cheeks and kissed me deeply. My eyes widened and blushed insanely then I slowly melted into the kiss. We stood there and our lips entangled together. I wrapped my arms around the assassins neck and tangled my fingers in his blue symmetrical hair. He pulled away and smiled at me.

"Best Valentine's Day Ever." I said.

"I know." Black*Star said smiling.

After awhile of kissing some more, we said our goodbyes and I went inside. Needs To Happen Again Soon.
